【摘要】：目的:評價黃芪注射液聯(lián)合炎琥寧注射液治療小兒手足口病合并心肌炎的臨床療效,探討黃芪注射液對炎琥寧注射液治療小兒手足口病合并心肌炎的療效。方法:92例患者隨機分成兩組:對照組(N=46)和觀察組(N=46),對照組除了常規(guī)的退燒,補液及補充維生素C之外給予炎琥寧注射液10 mg/kg加入100 ml 5%GS中進行靜脈滴注;觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上加黃芪注射液20 g/kg加入5%GS中進行靜脈滴注,7日一療程,1次/日。治療結(jié)束后,分別對兩組患者的心肌酶譜及超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白等進行檢測,統(tǒng)計分析檢測結(jié)果。結(jié)果:觀察組患兒總有效率97.8%,對照組患兒總有效率(95.7%);與對照組治療后相比,觀察組治療后AST,LDH顯著低于對照組治療后;與對照組治療后相比,觀察組hs-CRP及TNF-α水平顯著低于對照組治療后。結(jié)論:黃芪注射液聯(lián)合炎琥寧注射液對小兒手足口病合并心肌炎患兒的療效優(yōu)于單獨使用炎琥寧注射液。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of Huangqi injection combined with Yanhuning injection in treating pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease with myocarditis, and to explore the effect of Huangqi injection on treating pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease with myocarditis. Methods 92 patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 46) and observation group (n = 46). The control group received 10 mg/kg of Yanhuning injection plus 100ml 5GS for intravenous drip in addition to routine fever reduction, fluid resuscitation and vitamin C supplementation. In the observation group, astragalus injection was added to 5 GS for 20 g/kg for 7 days. After the treatment, the myocardial enzyme spectrum and the hypersensitive C-reactive protein of the two groups were detected, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: the total effective rate was 97.8% in the observation group and 95.7% in the control group, compared with the control group, the AST LDH after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and compared with that in the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The levels of hs-CRP and TNF- 偽 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: the curative effect of Huangqi injection combined with Yanhuning injection on children with hand, foot and mouth disease complicated with myocarditis is better than that of Yanhuning injection alone.
