【摘要】：目的采用CHN圖譜法(中國人手腕骨發(fā)育標(biāo)準(zhǔn))評(píng)價(jià)兒童左右手骨齡發(fā)育情況,并對(duì)比與兒童實(shí)際年齡的差異。方法選取2010—2017年于衢州市婦幼保健院行骨齡檢測的940例患兒為研究對(duì)象。采用CHN圖譜法對(duì)患兒的手腕部X線片骨齡進(jìn)行評(píng)估,并與患兒的實(shí)際年齡進(jìn)行差異性對(duì)比。結(jié)果雙手腕均攝片的男童左右手骨齡完全相同,各年齡段左手與右手骨齡與實(shí)際年齡差值比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。雙手腕均攝片的女童左右手骨齡完全相同,6.0~7.9歲女童右手骨齡與實(shí)際年齡差值大于左手(P0.05);4.0~5.9、8.0~9.9、10.0~11.9、12.0~13.9歲女童左手與右手骨齡與實(shí)際年齡差值比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用CHN圖譜法評(píng)價(jià)兒童左右手的骨齡并無差異,在評(píng)價(jià)兒童左右手骨齡的發(fā)育情況時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)注重全面分析,不必拘泥于左手或右手。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the development of left and right hand bone in children by using CHN map (Chinese wrist bone development standard), and to compare the difference with the actual age of children. Methods 940 children with bone age were selected from Quzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from 2010 to 2017. The bone age of wrist radiographs was evaluated by CHN method, and the difference was compared with the actual age. Results the bone ages of left and right hand were the same in boys with both wrists, and there was no significant difference between the age of left hand and right hand and the actual age (P0.05). The difference between the bone age of the right hand and the left hand of the girls aged from 6.0 to 7.9 years old was higher than that of the girls' left hand (P 0.05). The difference between the bone age of the left hand and the right hand was not statistically significant (P0.05). The difference between the bone age of the left hand and the right hand was not significantly higher than that of the left hand (P 0.05). The difference between the bone age of the left hand and the right hand was not significantly higher than that of the left hand (P 0.05). Conclusion there is no difference in bone age of children with left and right hand by using CHN map method. When evaluating the development of left and right bone age in children, we should pay attention to comprehensive analysis and don't stick to left hand or right hand.
