【摘要】：兒童急性缺血性卒中(AIS)較成人少見,其發(fā)病因素包括先天性心臟病、Moyamoya病、鐮狀細(xì)胞病、水痘帶狀皰疹病毒感染等。磁共振成像檢查是兒童AIS的有效及首選診斷方法。兒童AIS治療的主要目標(biāo)是減少急性腦損傷、防止神經(jīng)發(fā)育障礙及預(yù)防二次卒中,其治療方法有常規(guī)的應(yīng)急治療方法及最新的血管內(nèi)療法等。
[Abstract]:Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) in children is less common than that in adults. The causes of AIS include Moyamoya disease, sickle cell disease, varicella zoster virus infection and so on. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an effective and preferred diagnostic method for AIS in children. The main goal of AIS treatment in children is to reduce acute brain injury, prevent neurodevelopmental disorders and prevent secondary stroke. The treatment methods include routine emergency treatment and the latest intravascular therapy.
