【摘要】：低磷抗維生素D性佝僂病是一組以腎臟磷排泄增多、血磷降低為核心特征的代謝性骨病。機(jī)體磷代謝是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的反饋調(diào)節(jié)網(wǎng)絡(luò),其中甲狀旁腺素(PTH)、成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子23(FGF23)以及1,25-(OH)2D3是最為關(guān)鍵的調(diào)控因子。隨著對(duì)磷代謝及其發(fā)病機(jī)制認(rèn)識(shí)的深入,低磷抗維生素D性佝僂病的診斷與治療取得了新的進(jìn)展。該文在闡述機(jī)體磷代謝調(diào)控機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹低磷性佝僂病常見(jiàn)類型的發(fā)病機(jī)制及臨床表現(xiàn),總結(jié)低磷性佝僂病診斷方法并闡述最新治療進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Low phosphorus resistant vitamin D rickets is a metabolic bone disease characterized by increased phosphorus excretion in the kidney and decreased blood phosphorus. Phosphorus metabolism is a complex feedback regulatory network in which PTH, fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23) and OH2D3 are the most important regulatory factors. With the deep understanding of phosphorus metabolism and its pathogenesis, new progress has been made in the diagnosis and treatment of vitamin D rickets with low phosphorus. On the basis of explaining the regulation mechanism of phosphorus metabolism, this paper introduces the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of low phosphorus rickets, summarizes the diagnostic methods of low phosphorus rickets and describes the latest treatment progress.
