【摘要】：正小兒外科臨床工作和成人外科一樣進(jìn)入微創(chuàng)時代,但小兒尤其嬰幼兒解剖特性及生理特性暨風(fēng)險性,還不能全方位展開,尤其是很多基層醫(yī)院仍然以傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)方式為主。許多年輕醫(yī)生尤其是直接從事小兒外科工作的,外科基礎(chǔ)不牢固,與外科疾病有關(guān)或類似的其他科室相關(guān)疾病不掌握,經(jīng)驗積累甚少。為避免糾紛發(fā)生,本文以從事外科工作30余年經(jīng)驗與年輕醫(yī)生探討交流幾個臨床經(jīng)常容易混淆誤診的疾病。1闌尾炎與過敏性紫癜
