【摘要】：目的探討以中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)受累為首發(fā)表現(xiàn)的兒童原發(fā)性干燥綜合征(p SS)的診斷和治療。方法回顧分析1例以發(fā)熱、頭痛起病的11歲男性p SS患兒的臨床資料,并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果患兒經(jīng)自身抗體、唇腺活檢和眼科檢查確診p SS,給予免疫抑制治療后好轉(zhuǎn)。文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道,兒童p SS發(fā)病率低,其中以神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)受累為主要表現(xiàn)的更少,而頭痛是最常發(fā)生的中樞神經(jīng)癥狀。糖皮質(zhì)激素和免疫抑制劑的應(yīng)用有助于改善病情。結(jié)論兒童p SS中樞神經(jīng)受累癥狀不典型,自身抗體和唇腺活檢有助于診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnosis and treatment of primary Sjogren's syndrome (PSS) in children with central nervous system involvement. Methods the clinical data of 11-year-old male patients with PSS caused by fever and headache were retrospectively analyzed and the related literatures were reviewed. Results PSS was confirmed by autoantibody, labial gland biopsy and ophthalmology, and improved after immunosuppressive therapy. It is reported that the incidence of PSS in children is low, in which nervous system involvement is the main manifestation, and headache is the most common symptom of central nervous system. The use of glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants can help improve the condition. Conclusion the symptoms of central nervous system involvement in children with PSS are atypical. Autoantibodies and labial gland biopsy are helpful in diagnosis.
