【摘要】：目的探討單純性肥胖伴哮喘患兒自身BMI變化對哮喘發(fā)作的影響。方法選擇2013年5月至2014年5月就診于本院兒科哮喘專科門診的患兒102例,隨訪1年,經(jīng)減肥治療1年;減肥前后收集霧化次數(shù),用藥情況,發(fā)作情況,體質(zhì)量及身高情況并根據(jù)患兒哮喘控制測試(ACT)評分進(jìn)行療效評估。將收集數(shù)據(jù)分為健康組(隨訪前)、健康組(隨訪后),肥胖組(隨訪前),肥胖組(隨訪后)。結(jié)果肥胖組治療前后在哮喘控制,呼吸道感染次數(shù),霧化次數(shù),急診就診次數(shù)比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),但全身激素用量比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。健康組治療前后在呼吸道感染次數(shù),霧化次數(shù),急診就診次數(shù)、全身激素用量及哮喘控制情況比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組在呼吸道感染次數(shù),霧化次數(shù),急診就診次數(shù)、全身激素用量及哮喘控制情況比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論肥胖可能是影響哮喘患兒治療效果的重要因素,通過減肥降低患兒體質(zhì)指數(shù)可以改善肥胖患兒哮喘的治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of self-BMI on asthma attack in children with simple obesity and asthma. Methods 102 children with asthma from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected and followed up for one year. Body mass and height were evaluated according to asthma control test (ACT) score. The collected data were divided into healthy group (pre-follow-up group), healthy group (post-follow-up group), obesity group (pre-follow-up group, obesity group (post-follow-up group). Results before and after treatment, there was no significant difference in asthma control, respiratory infection, nebulization and emergency treatment in obese group, but there was significant difference in the dosage of systemic hormone. There were significant differences in respiratory infection times, atomization times, emergency visits, systemic hormone dosage and asthma control before and after treatment in the healthy group (P 0.05). After treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups in respiratory infection times, atomization times, emergency visits, systemic hormone dosage and asthma control. Conclusion Obesity may be an important factor affecting the therapeutic effect of asthmatic children. Reducing body mass index can improve the therapeutic effect of asthma in obese children.
