【摘要】：目的了解2014年中國(guó)青少年貧血檢出率與體能因素的相關(guān)性,為預(yù)防貧血提供體能方面的依據(jù)。方法采用分層隨機(jī)整群抽樣的方法,在全國(guó)學(xué)生體質(zhì)與健康調(diào)研點(diǎn)校抽取7,9,12,14歲學(xué)生共71 687名,測(cè)定對(duì)象血紅蛋白含量指標(biāo),計(jì)算貧血檢出率,采用Logistic回歸分析貧血檢出率與體能因素的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 2014年青少年貧血率為13.0%(男生為11.9%,女生為13.8%),比2010年下降1.2百分點(diǎn)。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,青少年年齡、性別、地區(qū)、50 m跑、耐力跑成績(jī)是貧血檢出率的影響因素(P值均0.05),其中50 m跑、耐力跑成績(jī)與貧血檢出率呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論應(yīng)重點(diǎn)防治鄉(xiāng)村、女生、7歲和14歲青少年貧血的發(fā)生,重視體能項(xiàng)目對(duì)改善兒童青少年貧血的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between anemia detection rate and physical factors in Chinese adolescents in 2014 and to provide the basis for prevention of anemia. Methods by stratified random cluster sampling, 71,687 students aged from 12 to 14 years of age were selected from a national physical and health survey school. The hemoglobin content of the subjects was measured and the prevalence rate of anemia was calculated. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between anemia detection rate and physical factors. Results the anemia rate of adolescents in 2014 was 13.0% (11.9% for boys and 13.8% for girls), which was 1.2% lower than that in 2010. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, sex, area 50 m running and endurance running score were all the influencing factors of anemia detection rate (P = 0.05), among which 50 m running was positively correlated with anemia detection rate. Conclusion it is necessary to focus on the prevention and treatment of anemia among girls aged 7 and 14 in rural areas and the effect of physical fitness items on improving anemia in children and adolescents.
