【摘要】：目的：通過臨床觀察評價手足口病2號方對小兒手足口病重癥的有效性和安全性，探討中醫(yī)藥防治手足口病的作用機制，為進一步臨床應用提供依據(jù)。 方法：將符合納入標準的患兒分為治療組和對照組。治療組口服手足口病2號方，對照組口服利巴韋林配合干擾素肌注，療程6天，觀察兩組用藥前后的癥狀、體征及理化指標的變化，，觀察結束后，對各項指標進行統(tǒng)計學處理。 結果：治療組在總有效率、退熱起效時間方面明顯優(yōu)于對照組；治療組在愈顯率、改善咳嗽等次要癥狀方面也優(yōu)于對照組，且未發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯毒副作用。 結論：手足口病2號方治療小兒手足口病重癥療效顯著，能快速改善癥狀，縮短病程且服用方便，安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of HFMD No. 2 in children with HFMD by clinical observation, and to explore the mechanism of TCM in the prevention and treatment of HFMD in order to provide the basis for further clinical application. Methods: the children who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group took the second prescription of hand, foot and mouth disease and the control group took ribavirin plus interferon intramuscular injection for 6 days. The changes of symptoms, signs and physical and chemical indexes before and after the treatment were observed. After observation, the indexes were treated statistically. Results: the total effective rate and antipyretic onset time of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group, and the treatment group was also superior to the control group in the recovery rate and the improvement of cough and other minor symptoms, and no obvious toxic side effects were found in the treatment group. Conclusion: Hand-foot-mouth disease prescription No. 2 is effective in treating severe hand foot and mouth disease in children. It can quickly improve symptoms, shorten the course of disease, and be convenient and safe to take.
