【摘要】：原發(fā)性免疫缺陷病(PID)是影響兒童生命健康的重要疾病,主要治療策略是免疫重建或替代治療。近年來,隨著分子診斷技術的發(fā)展,多種PID致病機制得以明確。在此基礎上,針對免疫受損位點的靶向治療逐漸在臨床開展,并取得一定效果。文章就目前成熟的用于PID的靶向治療做一闡述。
[Abstract]:Primary immunodeficiency disease (PIDs) is an important disease affecting the life and health of children. The main treatment strategy is immune reconstruction or replacement therapy. In recent years, with the development of molecular diagnostic technology, many pathogenic mechanisms of PID have been clarified. On this basis, targeted therapy for immunocompromised sites was gradually carried out in clinical practice, and achieved certain results. This article reviews the current mature targeted therapy for PID.
