【摘要】：多模態(tài)影像學(xué)檢查方法可以為不同程度、不同時(shí)期乃至不同部位出血的血友病骨關(guān)節(jié)病變提供精準(zhǔn)的影像學(xué)診斷和預(yù)后評(píng)估,為了正確認(rèn)識(shí)和理解血友病骨關(guān)節(jié)病變的病理變化和臨床治療策略,需要對(duì)不同影像檢查的特點(diǎn)及評(píng)估范圍有所了解,并選擇和應(yīng)用不同的檢查方法,進(jìn)行定性和定量的臨床應(yīng)用與科學(xué)研究。影像檢查和評(píng)估系統(tǒng)能早期、客觀地對(duì)血友病性骨關(guān)節(jié)病進(jìn)行全面評(píng)估及個(gè)體評(píng)估,在血友病骨關(guān)節(jié)病的診斷、分期、治療、隨訪等方面起到至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Multimodal imaging can provide accurate imaging diagnosis and prognostic evaluation for hemophilia osteoarthropathy with different degrees, periods and even different parts of bleeding. In order to correctly understand the pathological changes and clinical treatment strategies of hemophilia osteoarthropathy, it is necessary to understand the characteristics and evaluation scope of different imaging examinations, and to select and apply different examination methods. Carry on qualitative and quantitative clinical application and scientific research. Imaging examination and evaluation system can be used to evaluate hemophilia osteoarthritis comprehensively and objectively, which plays an important role in the diagnosis, staging, treatment and follow-up of hemophilia osteoarthritis.
