【摘要】：近來諸多研究表明,腦電生物反饋技術(shù)在針對(duì)注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙(ADHD)患者的治療中有顯著作用,因此腦電生物反饋訓(xùn)練逐漸受到關(guān)注。腦電生物反饋可以用客觀數(shù)據(jù)顯示主觀心理狀態(tài),因此更客觀、準(zhǔn)確;但在以往的研究中,腦電生物反饋技術(shù)對(duì)ADHD兒童行為問題的改善效果很少被提及,筆者在實(shí)踐中也發(fā)現(xiàn),伴有多動(dòng)、沖動(dòng)癥狀的ADHD患者在進(jìn)行腦電生物反饋訓(xùn)練時(shí)會(huì)存在一定困難,情況嚴(yán)重者甚至無法正常完成腦電訓(xùn)練。同時(shí)腦電生物反饋訓(xùn)練由于價(jià)格較高、周期較長等原因,推廣受到了一定阻礙。舞動(dòng)治療作為一種新興的治療方式,逐步在國內(nèi)得到推廣應(yīng)用,大量報(bào)道表明其在情緒調(diào)節(jié)、人際關(guān)系、身心疾病等心理問題改善上有較好的效果�；谶@個(gè)背景,為了尋求一種對(duì)ADHD兒童更為有效、家長更愿意嘗試和接受的訓(xùn)練方法,筆者進(jìn)行了如下研究:本研究采用實(shí)驗(yàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法和測驗(yàn)法,選取了 16名混合型ADHD兒童參與本研究。本研究采用隨機(jī)分組的方式進(jìn)行對(duì)照實(shí)驗(yàn),并將問卷和測試結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)之后進(jìn)行自身對(duì)照和組間對(duì)照,探討腦電生物反饋結(jié)合舞動(dòng)療法對(duì)ADHD兒童的注意問題及行為問題的訓(xùn)練效果是否顯著,以及腦電生物反饋結(jié)合舞動(dòng)訓(xùn)練與單純腦電生物反饋訓(xùn)練的效果差異。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),單純腦電生物反饋訓(xùn)練對(duì)混合型ADHD兒童的訓(xùn)練效果顯著,對(duì)ADHD兒童的行為問題在注意力問題方面訓(xùn)練效果顯著;腦電生物反饋結(jié)合舞動(dòng)訓(xùn)練對(duì)混合型ADHD兒童的訓(xùn)練效果顯著,對(duì)ADHD兒童的行為問題在品行問題、注意力問題方面訓(xùn)練效果顯著;腦電生物反饋結(jié)合舞動(dòng)訓(xùn)練對(duì)混合型ADHD兒童的訓(xùn)練效果在控制力方面優(yōu)于單純的腦電生物反饋訓(xùn)練;腦電生物反饋結(jié)合舞動(dòng)訓(xùn)練對(duì)混合型ADHD兒童的行為問題改善在品行問題上優(yōu)于單純的腦電生物反饋訓(xùn)練。
[Abstract]:Recent studies have shown that EEG biofeedback plays a significant role in the treatment of ADHD patients with ADHD, so EEG biofeedback training has been paid more and more attention. EEG biofeedback can show subjective mental state with objective data, so it is more objective and accurate. However, in previous studies, the effect of EEG biofeedback on children's behavior problems in ADHD is seldom mentioned, and the author also found that, ADHD patients with hyperactivity and impulsive symptoms may have some difficulties in EEG biofeedback training. At the same time, the promotion of EEG biofeedback training is hindered because of high price and long period. Dance therapy, as a new treatment method, has been popularized and applied gradually in China. A large number of reports show that it has a good effect on the improvement of psychological problems, such as emotional regulation, interpersonal relationship, physical and mental illness and so on. Based on this background, in order to find a more effective training method for ADHD children and parents are more willing to try and accept the training method, the author carried out the following research: this study adopts experimental method, questionnaire method and test method. Sixteen children with mixed ADHD were selected to participate in this study. In this study, the control experiment was conducted by random grouping, and the questionnaire and test data were collected and compared with each other. To explore whether the effect of EEG biofeedback combined with dance therapy on attention and behavior problems in ADHD children is significant, and the difference between EEG biofeedback combined with dance training and pure EEG biofeedback training. The results showed that the effect of EEG biofeedback training was significant in mixed ADHD children and attention problem in ADHD children. The effect of EEG biofeedback combined with dance training on mixed ADHD children was significant, and on behavior problems and attention problems of ADHD children was significant. The training effect of EEG biofeedback combined with galloping training on mixed ADHD children was better than that of EEG biofeedback training alone. EEG biofeedback combined with galloping training was better than EEG biofeedback training in improving behavior of children with mixed ADHD.
