蘇州市吳江區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)、農(nóng)村和農(nóng)民工子弟初中生膳食現(xiàn)狀的比較研究

【摘要】:研究目的:對蘇州市吳江區(qū)黎里中學、莘塔中學、蘆墟二學、盛澤一中、盛澤二中和松陵一中2009級2195名初二學生進行膳食現(xiàn)狀的比較研究,旨在了解蘇州市吳江區(qū)學生的膳食現(xiàn)狀,比較城鎮(zhèn)、農(nóng)村和農(nóng)民工子弟學生三者之間膳食現(xiàn)狀的差別,為提高改善蘇州市吳江區(qū)學生的膳食現(xiàn)狀提供實驗和依據(jù)。 研究方法:本文采用問卷調(diào)查法、文獻資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、比較法和邏輯歸納法,對蘇州市吳江區(qū)黎里中學、莘塔中學、蘆墟二中、盛澤一中、盛澤二中和松陵一中2009級2195名初二學生進行膳食現(xiàn)狀的比較研究。問卷調(diào)查的主要內(nèi)容為學生的膳食現(xiàn)狀,問卷設(shè)計是以中國營養(yǎng)學會2007年制定的“中國居民膳食指南”和營養(yǎng)學原理為基礎(chǔ),并結(jié)合學生的實際情況而制定的。 研究結(jié)果:各組學生身體形態(tài)的研究結(jié)果表明:城鎮(zhèn)學生在正常體重的百分比為最大(42.5%),超重和肥胖分別為21.8%和19.5%;農(nóng)村學生在較低體重比例最高(41.5%),農(nóng)民工子弟學生在營養(yǎng)不良比例最高為35.4%。各組學生攝取食物種類和每天食用蔬菜情況比較中,,城鎮(zhèn)學生攝取食物種類(69.9%)每天食用蔬菜種類(88.5%)豐富的比例均高于農(nóng)村和農(nóng)民工子弟學生。城鎮(zhèn)學生在每天吃豆制品、水果、牛奶、肉類、飲水、早餐方面好于農(nóng)村和農(nóng)民工子弟學生;農(nóng)村學生在每天吃薯類好于其他。學生早餐食用情況周一至周五要高于周末和寒暑假。城鎮(zhèn)學生在膳食知識了解方面好于農(nóng)村和農(nóng)民工子弟學生。城鎮(zhèn)學生父母的文化程度明顯高于農(nóng)村和農(nóng)民工子弟學生,農(nóng)村學生父母文化程度次之,農(nóng)民工子弟學生父母文化程度最差。 結(jié)論:蘇州市吳江區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)、農(nóng)村和農(nóng)民工子弟初中生膳食現(xiàn)狀從總體上看城鎮(zhèn)學生膳食現(xiàn)狀最好,農(nóng)村學生次之,農(nóng)民工子弟學生最差。存在不合理的現(xiàn)象為,城鎮(zhèn)學生主要表現(xiàn)為高熱量食物攝入比重偏高,農(nóng)村學生營養(yǎng)略有不足,農(nóng)民工子弟學生則存在營養(yǎng)不良現(xiàn)象。父母文化水平越高,學生膳食現(xiàn)狀越好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the dietary status of 2195 junior high school students of grade 2009 in Wu Jiang district of Suzhou, including Lili Middle School, Xinta Middle School, Luxu second School, Shengze No. 1 Middle School, Shengze No. 2 Middle School, and Songling No. 1 Middle School. The purpose of this paper is to understand the present dietary status of students in Wu Jiang District of Suzhou, compare the differences among the students in towns, rural areas and migrant workers, and provide the experiment and basis for improving the dietary status of students in Wu Jiang District of Suzhou. Methods: the methods of questionnaire, literature, mathematical statistics, comparison and logic induction were used in this paper. The methods of Lili Middle School, Xinta Middle School, Luxu No.2 Middle School, Shengze No. 1 Middle School in Wu Jiang District, Suzhou City, were used in this paper. A comparative study of dietary status of 2195 junior high school students of Grade 2009 in Shengze No. 2 Middle School and Songling No. 1 Middle School was carried out. The main content of the questionnaire is the status quo of the students' diet. The questionnaire design is based on the Dietary Guide for Chinese residents and the principles of Nutrition, formulated by the Chinese Nutrition Society in 2007, and combined with the actual situation of the students. The results showed that the percentage of urban students in normal body weight was 42.5%, overweight and obesity were 21.8% and 19.5% respectively, rural students had the highest proportion of 41.5% in lower body weight, and rural students had the highest proportion of migrant workers' children. The highest rate of malnutrition was 35.4m. In the comparison of the types of food intake and the daily consumption of vegetables among the students in each group, the proportion of rich food types in urban students was higher than that in rural areas and migrant workers students. Urban students eat soy products, fruit, milk, meat, drinking water and breakfast every day better than rural and migrant children; rural students eat potato every day better than others. Students eat breakfast on Mondays to Fridays higher than on weekends and summers. Urban students are better at understanding dietary knowledge than rural and migrant workers. The education level of urban students' parents is obviously higher than that of rural and migrant workers' children, rural students' parents' education level is the second, and migrant workers' children's parents' education level is the worst. Conclusion: the dietary status quo of rural and rural middle school students in Wu Jiang district of Suzhou is the best in general, followed by rural students and migrant workers children. The unreasonable phenomenon is that the proportion of high calorie food intake in urban students is higher than that in rural areas and the children of migrant workers are malnourished. The higher the educational level of parents, the better the status quo of students' diet.
