【摘要】：目的分析上海市1985至2014年7~18歲學(xué)生的超重和肥胖的動(dòng)態(tài)變化趨勢(shì)。方法選取1985(n=14 677)、1995(n=7 916)、2000(n=15 270)、2005(n=7 492)、2010(n=14 301)和2014(n=15 423)年6次中國(guó)學(xué)生體質(zhì)與健康調(diào)研上海地區(qū)資料進(jìn)行分析。采用中國(guó)學(xué)齡兒童超重、肥胖BMI分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)果基于上海市6個(gè)區(qū)總調(diào)查樣本量,以10年(1985、1995、2005和2014年)為1個(gè)周期,隨年代增長(zhǎng)上海市7~18歲男、女學(xué)生BMI P_(50)百分位數(shù)曲線逐年提高,總體男生較女生提高更為明顯,不同年齡組的男女生BMI均值呈上升趨勢(shì)且均為男生高于女生。2014年上海市BMI和全國(guó)比較,P50男女生均高于全國(guó)水平,P_(85)和P_(95)男女生11和12歲前與全國(guó)水平重合,之后高于全國(guó)水平。與1985年比較,2014年上海市7~18歲男生超重檢出率增加了11倍(19.3%vs 1.7%),肥胖檢出率增加了29倍(11.7%vs 0.4%),平均增長(zhǎng)率為12.3%;上海市7~18歲女生超重檢出率增加了7倍(11.6%vs 1.5%),肥胖檢出率增加了31倍(6.4%vs 0.2%),平均增長(zhǎng)率為12.7%。各年齡組男生超重檢出率14.3%~26.9%、肥胖檢出率7.3%~17.0%,男生11歲超重和肥胖檢出率最高;各年齡組女生超重檢出率8.6%~14.0%、肥胖檢出率2.8%~11.2%,女生7歲超重和肥胖檢出率最高。男生各年齡段超重和肥胖檢出率均高于女生。結(jié)論上海市1985至2014年7~18歲學(xué)生超重與肥胖檢出率持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。低年齡段男生超重流行程度較為嚴(yán)重,已處于國(guó)際高位水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the trend of overweight and obesity among students aged 7 to 18 years from 1985 to 2014 in Shanghai. Methods the data of 6 Chinese students' physique and health investigation in Shanghai in 2005 (1985(n=14 677) and 2014(n=15 423 (2005) were analyzed. BMI classification criteria for overweight and obesity of school age children in China were adopted. Results based on the total survey sample size of 6 districts in Shanghai, taking 10 years from 1985 to 1995 and 2014 as one cycle, the percentage curve of BMI Pill 50 for 718-year-old male and female students in Shanghai increased year by year, and the overall increase of male students was more obvious than that of female students. The average value of BMI of male and female students in different age groups showed an upward trend and was higher than that of female students in 2014. In 2014, the BMI of Shanghai and P50 were higher than that of the whole country (P < 0.05) and P / P _ (95) the male and female students before the age of 11 and 12 coincided with the national level, and then the level was higher than that of the whole country. Compared with 1985, the overweight detection rate of boys aged 7 years old in Shanghai increased 11 times, that of boys aged 18 years increased by 11 times, and that of obesity increased by 29 times compared with 1985, with an average growth rate of 12.30.The overweight rate of girls aged 718 years in Shanghai increased by 7 times, by 11.6 times compared with that of boys aged 18 years, and the detection rate of obesity increased. The average growth rate was 12.7. The prevalence rate of overweight and obesity for boys was the highest at the age of 11 years, while for girls of all ages, the detection rate of overweight was 8.6% and 14.0%, the detection rate of obesity was 2.8% and 11.2%, and the detection rate of overweight and obesity for girls aged 7 years was the highest. The prevalence of overweight and obesity in boys was higher than that in girls. Conclusion the prevalence rate of overweight and obesity among students aged 7 ~ 18 years in Shanghai from 1985 to 2014 is increasing. The prevalence of overweight in low age boys is more serious, and it is already at the international high level.
