【摘要】：目的觀察西替利嗪口服溶液聯(lián)合布地奈德混懸液治療小兒急性哮喘的臨床療效和安全性。方法將86例急性哮喘患兒隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組43例和試驗(yàn)組43例。對(duì)照組予以布地奈德每次1.0 mg,bid,每次15 min,霧化治療;試驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上,予以西替利嗪口服溶液每次10 m L,bid,口服。2組患兒均治療7 d。比較2組患兒的臨床療效、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼氣量(FEV1)、用力呼氣中期流速(MMF)和最大通氣量(MVV)和藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果治療后,試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的總有效率分別為95.35%(41/43例)和76.74%(33/43例),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的FVC分別為(2951.03±107.21),(2041.62±112.24)m L;FEV1分別為(2014.85±102.19),(1523.65±102.21)m L;MMF分別為(2.52±0.46),(2.14±0.38)L·s~(~(-1));MVV分別為(64.36±3.17),(55.74±3.26)L,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。2組患兒的藥物不良反應(yīng)主要為嗜睡、腹瀉、心率減緩、口干、頭暈,試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率分別為23.26%和18.60%,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論西替利嗪口服溶液聯(lián)合布地奈德混懸液治療小兒急性哮喘的臨床療效確切,可顯著提高患兒的肺功能,且不增加藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of cetirizine combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of children with acute asthma. Methods 86 children with acute asthma were randomly divided into control group (n = 43) and experimental group (n = 43). The control group was given budesonide 1.0 mg bid every time for 15 minutes, and the experimental group was given cetirizine oral solution for 10 m Lbidbidin for 7 days on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The clinical efficacy, forced vital capacity (FV), forced expiratory volume (FEV1), forced midexpiratory flow (MMFV), maximum ventilation volume (MVV) and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, the total effective rates of the test group and the control group were 95.35 / 41 / 43 and 76.7474 / 33 / 43, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). After treatment, the FVC of the test group and the control group were 2951.03 鹵107.21, 2041.62 鹵112.24mL / L FEV1, respectively, and the FVC of the test group and the control group were 2014.85 鹵102.19m / L, 1523.65 鹵102.21m / L respectively (2.52 鹵0.462.14 鹵0.38L / L). The FVC of the test group and the control group were 64.36 鹵3.1755.74 鹵3.26L, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05.2). The main adverse drug reactions were drowsiness, diarrhea, heart rate reduction, dry mouth, dizziness, dizziness and dizziness. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the test group and the control group were 23.26% and 18.60%, respectively, with no significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion Cetirizine oral solution combined with budesonide suspension is effective in the treatment of children with acute asthma. It can significantly improve the pulmonary function of children and does not increase the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
