【摘要】：目的：本課題的目的在于從理論、臨床方面觀察清腸止瀉散對符合中醫(yī)濕熱瀉辨證標準的小兒輪狀病毒腸炎的治療效果，以判定中醫(yī)外治法在輪狀病毒腸炎治療上的療效。方法：本課題收集輪狀病毒腸炎符合中醫(yī)濕熱瀉患兒90例，隨機分為3組，治療組30例采用清腸止瀉散敷臍并配合蒙脫石散（思密達）口服治療，對照組1中30例給予口服珠芽蓼止瀉顆粒并配合蒙脫石散治療，對照組2中30例給予蒙脫石散口服治療。用藥前詳細記錄患兒的癥狀、體征積分，然后分別給藥治療3天，記錄患兒癥狀、體征改善情況，觀察結束后，對各項量化指標進行統(tǒng)計學處理。結果：在主要癥狀及體征的改善方面及總有效率方面，治療組優(yōu)于或接近對照組1而明顯優(yōu)于對照組2，有統(tǒng)計學意義。結論：由此可見，清腸止瀉散是治療小兒輪狀病毒腸炎中醫(yī)屬濕熱瀉的有效的藥物，具有顯著的縮短療程、改善癥狀的作用，，療效接近于口服，優(yōu)于純西藥治療，且使用方便，費用低廉，無毒副作用，易于患兒接受，是值得臨床推廣的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of Qingchang Zhixie Powder (QJZXS) on children rotavirus enteritis in accordance with the standard of syndrome differentiation of dampness and heat diarrhea in order to judge the curative effect of external treatment of TCM on rotavirus enteritis. Methods: a total of 90 children with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into 3 groups. 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with Qingchang Zhixie Powder (QZXS) and smectite Powder (smecta) orally. In control group 1, 30 cases were treated with ZXL and montmorillonite powder, and 30 cases in control group 2 were treated with montmorillonite powder orally. The symptoms and signs of the children were recorded in detail before medication, and then treated for 3 days respectively. The symptoms and signs of the children were recorded. After the observation, the quantitative indexes were treated statistically. Results: in the improvement of main symptoms and signs and the total effective rate, the treatment group was better than or close to the control group 1, but significantly better than the control group 2, with statistical significance. Conclusion: Qingchang Zhixie Powder is an effective medicine for treating children rotavirus enteritis with damp-heat diarrhea. It has a significant effect of shortening the course of treatment and improving symptoms. The curative effect is close to that of oral administration, which is superior to that of pure western medicine and is convenient to use. Low cost, no side effects and easy to be accepted by children, is worthy of clinical promotion.
