【摘要】：目的：評(píng)價(jià)參精顆粒治療小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染氣陰兩虛型的有效性和安全性。 方法：將110例氣陰兩虛型反復(fù)呼吸道感染患兒隨機(jī)分為兩組,其中治療組74例,對(duì)照組36例。治療組給予參精顆粒治療,對(duì)照組給予匹多莫德口服液治療,療程均為1個(gè)月,觀察半年。 結(jié)果：治療組完成觀察70例,對(duì)照組完成35例。治療前兩組患兒在性別、年齡構(gòu)成及發(fā)病情況、癥狀、體征方面無(wú)明顯差異,具有可比性。治療結(jié)束后6個(gè)月,治療組及對(duì)照組總積分、中醫(yī)證候與治療前比較,均有顯著差異(P0.05)；、治療組臨床療效總有效率為95.71%,對(duì)照組臨床療效總有效率為82.86%,兩組療效無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)；治療組中醫(yī)證候療效總有效率為91.43%,對(duì)照組中醫(yī)證候療效總有效率為74.29%,兩組療效有顯著差異(P0.05)；治療組納呆、便秘與對(duì)照組比較,積分減少有顯著差異(P0.05)；治療組多汗與對(duì)照組比較,積分減少無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。治療組未發(fā)現(xiàn)任何不良反應(yīng),對(duì)照組有1例對(duì)試驗(yàn)藥物過(guò)敏。 結(jié)論：參精顆粒治療小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染氣陰兩虛型,能有效控制呼吸道感染反復(fù)發(fā)作,減少發(fā)病次數(shù),降低發(fā)病等級(jí),縮短病程,并能很好的改善中醫(yī)證候,是治療小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染氣陰兩虛型的安全、有效方劑。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shenjing granule in the treatment of deficiency of qi and yin in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods: 110 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection with deficiency of Qi and Yin were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 74) and control group (n = 36). The treatment group was treated with Shenjing granule, while the control group was treated with pidomod oral liquid for 1 month. Results: 70 cases were observed in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group. There were no significant differences in sex, age composition, incidence, symptoms and signs between the two groups before treatment. Six months after the end of treatment, the total score of treatment group and control group, TCM syndromes were compared with those before treatment. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.71, the total effective rate of the control group was 82.86, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 91.43 in the treatment group, and the total effective rate in the control group was 82.86.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 91.43 in the treatment group and 82.86 in the control group. The rate was 74.29. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Compared with the control group, the score of constipation was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), while that of hyperhidrosis in the treatment group was not significantly different from that of the control group (P 0.05). No adverse reactions were found in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group was allergic to the test drug. Conclusion: Shenjing granule can effectively control recurrent respiratory tract infection in children with deficiency of Qi and Yin, reduce the number of cases, reduce the grade of disease, shorten the course of disease, and improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine. It is a safe and effective prescription for treating recurrent respiratory tract infection in children with deficiency of qi and yin.
