【摘要】：目的初步了解拉薩地區(qū)圍產(chǎn)兒出生缺陷發(fā)生情況,探索相關(guān)影響因素。方法對(duì)拉薩市人民醫(yī)院2012年1月至2015年12月出生的7 014例圍產(chǎn)兒出生缺陷資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果圍產(chǎn)兒共7 014例,出生缺陷59例,發(fā)生率為8.41‰。出生缺陷的順位排序前5位依次為:多指(趾)畸形、唇腭裂、神經(jīng)管畸形、腦積水、馬蹄足內(nèi)(外)翻。Logistic多因素回歸分析,產(chǎn)婦文化程度和產(chǎn)檢次數(shù)對(duì)出生缺陷率的影響有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論拉薩地區(qū)應(yīng)健全出生缺陷篩查體制;重視三級(jí)預(yù)防,推行規(guī)范產(chǎn)前篩查和產(chǎn)前診斷,減少缺陷兒出生,提高人口質(zhì)量。
