【摘要】：目的了解北京市朝陽(yáng)區(qū)中小學(xué)生2013—2016學(xué)年度傳染病發(fā)病狀況,為學(xué)校傳染病防控工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法利用北京市朝陽(yáng)區(qū)2013—2016學(xué)年中小學(xué)生傳染病統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表,分析不同學(xué)段、不同年度各種傳染病發(fā)病情況。結(jié)果朝陽(yáng)區(qū)2013—2016學(xué)年度學(xué)生共573 202名,傳染病發(fā)病總數(shù)為1 668例,發(fā)病率為2.91‰,其中呼吸道傳染病發(fā)病率為2.85‰,消化道傳染病為0.03‰,其他傳染病為0.03‰。不同年度學(xué)生傳染病發(fā)病率總體呈下降趨勢(shì)。同一年度均為呼吸道傳染病發(fā)病率明顯高于消化道傳染病。各學(xué)年傳染病發(fā)病率均為小學(xué)組高于初中組和高中組;小學(xué)生、初中生、高中生傳染病發(fā)病率分別為3.59‰,1.28‰和1.46‰。2013—2016學(xué)年學(xué)生傳染病總體發(fā)病率前6位依次是水痘(1.05‰)、猩紅熱(0.68‰)、手足口病(0.65‰)、流行性腮腺炎(0.24‰)、流感(0.18‰)、肺結(jié)核和菌痢(均為0.03‰)。各學(xué)年不同學(xué)段學(xué)生水痘發(fā)病率均占呼吸道傳染病首位。結(jié)論學(xué)校傳染病監(jiān)測(cè)工作中呼吸道傳染病是重點(diǎn),尤其要加強(qiáng)小學(xué)傳染病防控工作。
