【摘要】：目的： 研究TNF-a和IL-1β在Perthes病髖關(guān)節(jié)滑膜組織中的表達(dá)情況，并分析TNF-a和IL-1β在Perthes病髖關(guān)節(jié)滑膜組織中的表達(dá)的相關(guān)性，初步探討TNF-a和IL-1β在Perthes病的發(fā)生及發(fā)展過程中所起的作用。 方法： 選取55例Perthes病患者的髖關(guān)節(jié)滑膜標(biāo)本，連續(xù)組織切片，同時(shí)選擇因髖部骨折行手術(shù)治療時(shí)的髖關(guān)節(jié)滑膜16例和4例因車禍傷進(jìn)行髖關(guān)節(jié)離斷的患兒的髖關(guān)節(jié)滑膜做為對(duì)照組，，兩組均采用免疫組化法檢測TNF-a和IL-1β在患兒髖關(guān)節(jié)滑膜組織中的表達(dá)情況，并作圖像及統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。 結(jié)果: TNF-a和IL-1β在Perthes病患者的髖關(guān)節(jié)滑膜組織中的陽性表達(dá)率明顯高于對(duì)照組髖關(guān)節(jié)滑膜組織，差異有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，其中TNF-a（χ2=47.46,p＜0.005），IL-1β(χ2=38.64,p＜0.005,)；而且發(fā)現(xiàn)在不同Catterall分期的髖關(guān)節(jié)滑膜組織中TNF-a和IL-1β的表達(dá)也不同，Ⅱ期強(qiáng)陽性表達(dá)為主，Ⅲ期呈中等陽性表達(dá)為主，Ⅳ期呈弱陽性表達(dá)為主，其差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，其中TNF-a（χ2=76.09,p＜0.005），IL-1β(χ2=77.90, p＜0.005)；TNF-a和IL-1β在Perthes病髖關(guān)節(jié)滑膜組織中的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系（r=0.382, p=0.004)。 結(jié)論： TNF-a和IL-1β可能參與了Perthes病發(fā)病及進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Objective:To study the expression of TNF-a and IL-1 尾 in synovial tissue of hip joint with Perthes disease, and to analyze the correlation between TNF-a and IL-1 尾 expression in synovial tissue of Perthes disease, and to explore the role of TNF-a and IL-1 尾 in the occurrence and development of Perthes disease.Methods:The synovium of the hip joint of 55 patients with Perthes's disease was selected as the control group. The synovium of the hip joint of 16 patients with the hip fracture treated by operation and 4 children with the injury of accident were selected as the control group, and the synovium of the hip joint was taken as the control group, and the synovium of the hip joint was removed from the synovium of the hip joint.The expression of TNF-a and IL-1 尾 in synovial tissue of hip joint was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive expression rate of TNF-a and IL-1 尾 in the synovium of hip joint of Perthes disease patients was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.TNF-a (蠂 2 + 47.46 p < 0.005) IL-1 尾 (蠂 2 + 38.64 P < 0.005) was found to have different expressions of TNF-a and IL-1 尾 in synovial tissue of hip joint at different Catterall stages, with strong positive expression in stage 鈪
