計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)在小兒顱骨畸形治療中的臨床應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的: 探討計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)字化制造技術(shù)在顱骨整形手術(shù)治療當(dāng)中的運(yùn)用。 方法: 2008年1月至2012年1月手術(shù)治療33例1月齡至13歲顱骨畸形患兒,均經(jīng)顱骨CT掃描及三維重建。運(yùn)用CT數(shù)據(jù)建立起適當(dāng)?shù)臄?shù)字化模型,通過虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)設(shè)計(jì)手術(shù)方案,運(yùn)用數(shù)字化制造技術(shù)制作手術(shù)模板,制定個(gè)性化的手術(shù)治療方案,從而提高手術(shù)效率以及精準(zhǔn)度。 結(jié)果: 所有病例均按照術(shù)前方案順利實(shí)施手術(shù),術(shù)后隨訪狹顱癥患兒頭顱外觀明顯改善,腦組織隨顱腔擴(kuò)大而得到不同程度的發(fā)育,術(shù)后智力測評改善明顯。隨訪巨顱癥患兒頭圍平均縮小5.5cm,外觀改善明顯,顱骨缺損患兒修補(bǔ)完整,外觀完全正常。與傳統(tǒng)顱骨整形手術(shù)治療的病例對比,手術(shù)方案設(shè)計(jì)更加個(gè)性化,手術(shù)方案的精準(zhǔn)實(shí)施得到很好的支持。同時(shí)手術(shù)時(shí)間明顯縮短,從而減少了手術(shù)并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生以及促進(jìn)了術(shù)后患兒的恢復(fù)。 結(jié)論: 計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)字化制造技術(shù)能對顱骨整形手術(shù)的術(shù)前設(shè)計(jì)以及術(shù)中實(shí)施提供幫助,對于提高患兒的手術(shù)效率,增強(qiáng)手術(shù)目的,效果良好
[Abstract]:Purpose :
To explore the application of computer - aided design and digital manufacturing technology in the treatment of skull plastic surgery .
Method :
From January 2008 to January 2012 , 33 children with 1 - month - old to 13 - year - old were treated with CT scan and three - dimensional reconstruction . Using CT data , an appropriate digital model was established . By means of virtual reality design , the surgical template was produced by digital manufacturing technique .
Results :
All the cases were operated successfully according to the preoperative plan , the skull appearance of the children with follow - up was obviously improved , the brain tissue was developed with different degrees with the expansion of the cranial cavity , the postoperative intelligence was improved obviously . Compared with the cases treated by the traditional skull plastic surgery , the operation scheme was more personalized , the precise implementation of the surgery plan was very good . At the same time , the operation time was shortened obviously , thus reducing the occurrence of the surgical complication and promoting the recovery of the children after operation .
Conclusion :
The computer - aided design and digital manufacturing technology can help the preoperative design of the skull plastic surgery and the implementation of the operation , so as to improve the operation efficiency of the children and enhance the operation purpose and the effect is good .
