小兒指紋采集與圖像處理研究

【摘要】:目的:探索圖像采集與處理技術(shù)在中醫(yī)小兒指紋研究中的應(yīng)用。通過(guò)研究設(shè)計(jì)圖像采集硬件,并進(jìn)行臨床指紋圖像采集以及指紋圖像處理分析,以此實(shí)現(xiàn)小兒指紋圖像的客觀化、數(shù)字化的采集及研究,從而探討中醫(yī)理論的客觀化以及進(jìn)行特色診療方法的研究。論文分為5部分:1.緒論;2.小兒指紋采集硬件設(shè)計(jì);3.小兒指紋臨床樣本采集;4.小兒指紋圖像處理研究;5.總結(jié)與討論。 方法:采用維視高分辨率彩色數(shù)字?jǐn)z像機(jī),配合手動(dòng)變焦鏡頭以及環(huán)形LED視覺光源搭建圖像采集硬件設(shè)備,同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)圖像采集軟件平臺(tái)。臨床采集不同年齡、性別、病癥的小兒指紋圖像并記錄其臨床癥狀、體征及病情變化等信息存檔,同時(shí)采集正常小兒的指紋圖像以作對(duì)照實(shí)驗(yàn)。研究當(dāng)前圖像處理、分割方法,并利用MATLAB軟件平臺(tái)對(duì)小兒指紋圖像進(jìn)行處理分析,,對(duì)比圖像處理效果。 結(jié)果:采用圖像采集系統(tǒng)能夠客觀形象、實(shí)時(shí)地觀察小兒指紋,同時(shí)采集的指紋圖像可以長(zhǎng)期保存,便于后期處理觀察分析。各種圖像處理算法能夠明確清晰的分辨出小兒指紋三關(guān)位置以及指紋長(zhǎng)短特征。處理后的圖像結(jié)果顯示與肉眼主觀觀測(cè)的指紋特征相吻合。通過(guò)對(duì)各方法的探討,利用MATLAB環(huán)境進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),總結(jié)各傳統(tǒng)圖像分割算法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。圖像邊緣檢測(cè)方法對(duì)于指紋特征提取分析具有顯著效果,其中Canny圖像分割算法較其他算法在指紋三關(guān)分析上優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,水平集算法對(duì)于處理分析小兒食指輪廓以及指紋長(zhǎng)短特征優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯。三維指紋圖像能立體客觀地反映出指紋的長(zhǎng)短、浮沉等特征信息。 結(jié)論:本文實(shí)現(xiàn)了利用彩色數(shù)字圖像攝像機(jī)臨床采集小兒指紋圖像,數(shù)據(jù)收集做到客觀、真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、方便。同時(shí)利用MATLAB進(jìn)行邊緣檢測(cè)、圖像分割等操作,提取了我們所感興趣的信息,以此實(shí)現(xiàn)小兒指紋圖像的客觀化的采集及研究,避免臨床醫(yī)生診斷時(shí)的主觀偏差,為臨床診斷和教學(xué)工作提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the application of image acquisition and processing technology in the study of pediatric fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).Through the research and design of image acquisition hardware, clinical fingerprint image acquisition and fingerprint image processing and analysis, in order to achieve the objective of the child fingerprint image, digital acquisition and research,So as to explore the objectivity of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the study of characteristic diagnosis and treatment methods.The paper is divided into five parts: 1.Introduction 2.Hardware design of fingerprint collection in children.The clinical samples of pediatric fingerprint were collected.Study on fingerprint Image processing in ChildrenSummary and discussionMethods: the hardware equipment of image acquisition was built by using high resolution color digital camera, manual zoom lens and annular LED visual light source. At the same time, the image acquisition software platform was designed.The fingerprint images of children with different age, sex and disease were collected and the clinical symptoms, signs and changes of the disease were recorded and archived. The fingerprint images of normal children were collected for the control experiment at the same time.The current image processing and segmentation methods are studied, and the MATLAB software platform is used to process and analyze the fingerprint images of children, and the effect of image processing is compared.Results: the image acquisition system can be used to observe the fingerprint of children in real time, and the collected fingerprint image can be preserved for a long time, which is convenient for post-processing observation and analysis.All kinds of image processing algorithms can clearly distinguish the position and length of the child fingerprint.The results of the processed images are consistent with the fingerprint features observed by the naked eye.The advantages and disadvantages of the traditional image segmentation algorithms are summarized through the discussion of the methods and the experiments in the MATLAB environment.Image edge detection method has a significant effect on fingerprint feature extraction and analysis, and Canny image segmentation algorithm has obvious advantages over other algorithms in fingerprint three-level analysis.The level set algorithm has a significant advantage in processing and analyzing the forefinger contour and fingerprint length and length characteristics in children.Three-dimensional fingerprint image can reflect the characteristic information of fingerprint such as length, float and sink.Conclusion: the color digital image camera is used to collect the fingerprint images of children. The data collection is objective, true, accurate and convenient.At the same time, we use MATLAB to carry out edge detection, image segmentation and other operations to extract the information we are interested in, so as to realize the objective collection and research of the fingerprint image of children, and avoid the subjective deviation in the diagnosis of the clinician.To provide some reference for clinical diagnosis and teaching.
