【摘要】：炎癥性腸病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一組病因未明的慢性非特異性腸道炎性疾病,主要包括潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)和克羅恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)。隨著人們對(duì)腸道微生物在IBD發(fā)病中認(rèn)識(shí)的加深,益生菌在兒童IBD治療中顯示出良好的前景,但目前仍缺乏高質(zhì)量證據(jù)確證益生菌菌株療效,指導(dǎo)臨床對(duì)益生菌菌種、攝入方式、劑量等進(jìn)行選擇。現(xiàn)有研究表明,益生菌發(fā)揮治療作用存在菌株特異性,且在誘導(dǎo)UC緩解、維持UC緩解以及預(yù)防貯袋炎方面的效果更為明顯,但益生菌誘導(dǎo)CD、維持CD緩解和預(yù)防CD術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)的效果并不理想。
[Abstract]:Inflammatory bowel disease ( IBD ) is a group of chronic non - specific enteric inflammatory diseases , including ulcerative colitis ( UC ) and Crohn ' s disease ( CD ) . The present study shows that probiotics play a therapeutic role in the selection of probiotics strain , intake mode , dosage and so on . The present study shows that probiotics exert a therapeutic effect on strain - specific , and it is more obvious in inducing UC to alleviate , maintain UC remission and prevent pocket inflammation , but probiotics - induced CD , maintenance of CD and prevention of CD recurrence are not ideal .
