【摘要】：目的： 本研究通過觀察患兒治療前后體溫變化及相關證候的變化,評價小兒感冒舒顆粒治療急性上呼吸道感染表寒里熱證的臨床療效。 方法： 將符合診斷標準的98例患兒(2-12歲)隨機分成中藥組、西藥組各49例。中藥組給予小兒感冒舒顆粒。西藥組給予利巴韋林顆粒和小兒氨酚黃那敏顆粒。兩組均治療3天。參照《外感高熱癥診療規(guī)范》分別于治療的3天后進行疾病綜合療效評定。記錄不良反應,治療前后檢測心肝腎功能,以評價藥物的安全性。 結果： 中藥組總療效優(yōu)于西藥組(P0.05)；西藥組即刻退熱時間優(yōu)于中藥組(P0.05)；中藥組體溫恢復正常時間方面顯著優(yōu)于西藥組(P0.01)；中藥組在改善臨床證候方面顯著優(yōu)于西藥組(P0.01),中藥組用藥方案安全可靠。 結論： 1.小兒感冒舒顆粒治療小兒AURI表寒里熱證療效肯定。 2.小兒感冒舒顆粒雖退熱起效較西藥較緩,但作用穩(wěn)定持久,并能明顯改善臨床證候及其兼夾癥,并控制病情進一步進展。 3.小兒感冒舒顆粒安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective:By observing the changes of body temperature and related syndromes before and after treatment, this study evaluated the clinical efficacy of Xiaodaosu granule in treating acute upper respiratory tract infection with epigastric fever.Methods:98 children aged 2-12 years old who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group (n = 49) and western medicine group (n = 49).The traditional Chinese medicine group was given children Ganmao Shu granule.The western medicine group was given ribavirin granules and children's aminophenol Huangnanmin granules.Both groups were treated for 3 days.According to the criteria for diagnosis and treatment of exogenous hyperpyrexia, the comprehensive curative effect was evaluated 3 days after treatment.Adverse reactions were recorded, heart, liver and kidney were measured before and after treatment to evaluate the safety of drugs.Results:The total curative effect of the Chinese medicine group was better than that of the western medicine group (P 0.05); the immediate antipyretic time of the western medicine group was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group (P 0.05); the temperature recovery time of the Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that of the western medicine group (P 0.01); the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly better than the western medicine group (P 0.01) in improving the clinical syndromes;Group A was safe and reliable.Conclusion:1.The therapeutic effect of Xiaodaodan Shu granule in treating children AURI with cold heat syndrome was confirmed.2.Although the antipyretic effect of Xiaodangshu granule is slower than that of western medicine, it has a stable and lasting effect, and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and symptoms, and control the further progress of the disease.3.Children Ganmao Shu granule is safe and reliable.
