【摘要】：鐵是神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)正常發(fā)育必不可少的金屬元素,受多種因素的調(diào)節(jié)。近年來的研究表明,鐵代謝改變是新生兒缺氧缺血性腦損傷(hypoxic ischemic brain damage,HIBD)重要的發(fā)病機制之一,也是造成新生兒HIBD后永久性神經(jīng)傷殘的重要原因。缺氧缺血后機體鐵循環(huán)發(fā)生改變,并隨著病程的發(fā)展引發(fā)腦內(nèi)鐵代謝紊亂,腦內(nèi)鐵蓄積,后經(jīng)多種途徑參與腦內(nèi)神經(jīng)細胞的損傷過程。因此,研究缺氧缺血如何造成機體循環(huán)鐵與腦內(nèi)鐵代謝的改變以及兩者間可能存在的聯(lián)系,闡明鐵代謝紊亂在HIBD發(fā)生和發(fā)展中的機制,將為HIBD的預防和治療提供依據(jù)。本文綜述了HIBD發(fā)病過程中鐵代謝變化及其影響因素,以及鐵代謝紊亂如何參與HIBD的發(fā)生和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Iron is an essential metal element in the normal development of nervous system, which is regulated by many factors. Recent studies have shown that iron metabolism is one of the important pathogenesis of hypoxic ischemic brain damage in neonates. It is also an important cause of permanent neurological disability after HIBD. After hypoxic ischemia, iron circulation changes in the body, and with the development of the course of disease, the iron metabolism in the brain is disturbed and the iron accumulates in the brain. Therefore, to study how hypoxia-ischemia results in the changes of circulating iron and iron metabolism in brain and the possible relationship between them. To clarify the mechanism of iron metabolism disorder in the occurrence and development of HIBD will provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of HIBD. This article reviews the changes of iron metabolism and its influencing factors during the pathogenesis of HIBD, and how iron metabolism disorder participates in the occurrence and development of HIBD.
