【摘要】：目的：本文運(yùn)用運(yùn)脾和胃法原理自擬調(diào)脾方,并觀察其治療小兒厭食癥的臨床療效,另外對其組方特點(diǎn)及方藥進(jìn)行深入的探討,旨在評價調(diào)脾方對于厭食癥患兒臨床療效及證候改善情況,為厭食癥患兒尋求一種安全、高效、經(jīng)濟(jì)的藥物,并為下一步院內(nèi)制劑的研發(fā)提供一定的臨床依據(jù)。 方法：1.選擇符合小兒厭食癥診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患兒60例為研究對象,隨機(jī)分為治療組30例(調(diào)脾方)和對照組30例(小兒健脾化積口服液),治療期限為4周。2.記錄患兒用藥前后的臨床癥狀體征,并進(jìn)行評分,判定病情,治療結(jié)束后比較兩組總有效率及治療前后各癥狀體征改善情況。 結(jié)果：1、從臨床療效方面來比較：治療組治愈13例,顯效6例,有效8例,無效1例,總有效率96.7%；對照組痊愈4例,顯效9例,有效11例,無效6例,總有效率80.0%。2、從中醫(yī)癥候征療效比較：治療組痊愈0例,顯效19例,有效11例,無效0例,總有效率100%；對照組痊愈0例,顯效5例,有效21例,無效4例,總有效率86.7%。兩組療效相比有顯著性差異(P0.05)。3、治療組和對照組經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,均能改善厭食患兒的食欲食量及相關(guān)癥狀,但治療組在改善厭食患兒食欲、食量、體質(zhì)量、面色、性情、大便不調(diào)等方面均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05),有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。在形體、頭發(fā)、嚙齒、指紋方面兩組均較療前有改善,但兩者無明顯差異(P0.05)。4、臨床療效結(jié)果與病情輕重、病程長短及年齡大小無明顯關(guān)系。 結(jié)論：調(diào)脾方和小兒健脾化積口服液在治療小兒厭食癥方面均有效,但是調(diào)脾方效果更加顯著。由此可見調(diào)脾方是治療小兒厭食癥的有效方劑,具有顯著的增加食量食欲,改善癥狀的作用,治療效果優(yōu)于中成藥治療,體現(xiàn)了中醫(yī)辨證論治的優(yōu)勢,而且副作用少,費(fèi)用低廉,同時亦證實(shí)了中醫(yī)藥在治療小兒厭食癥上的作用,是值得推廣的治療方案。
[Abstract]:Objective: in this paper, the spleen and stomach to the principle of self regulating the spleen, and to observe the clinical effect of the treatment of infantile anorexia, and in-depth discussion on the composing characteristics and prescription, to evaluate the clinical efficacy and prescription for regulating spleen syndrome in children with anorexia symptoms for children with anorexia, seeking a safe high efficiency, economy, medicine, and to provide a clinical basis for the development of the next preparation in the hospital.
Methods: 1. children with anorexia in accordance with diagnostic criteria of 60 patients as the research object, randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases (spleen Decoction) and a control group of 30 cases (pediatric spleen oral liquid product), treatment for a period of 4 weeks.2. were recorded before and after treatment, clinical symptoms and signs, and score judge the illness, treatment after the total efficiency of two groups before and after treatment of the symptoms and signs of improvement.
