【摘要】：目的探討妊娠期抑郁癥與新生兒低出生體重的關(guān)系,為預(yù)防新生兒低出生體重提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法系統(tǒng)收集研究妊娠期抑郁癥與低出生體重關(guān)系的隊(duì)列研究文獻(xiàn),進(jìn)行Meta分析,由兩名研究人員獨(dú)立地提取數(shù)據(jù),按照NOS量表對(duì)納入文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià),采用Egger's檢驗(yàn)評(píng)估發(fā)表偏倚。結(jié)果共納入12篇隊(duì)列研究文獻(xiàn),涉及37 192個(gè)樣本。Meta分析結(jié)果表明:妊娠期抑郁癥與新生兒低出生體重有關(guān)(Z=2.08,P=0.038),妊娠期抑郁的孕母其新生兒發(fā)生低出生體重的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)更高(RR=1.303,95%CI:1.015~1.672)。敏感性分析結(jié)果表明該Meta分析結(jié)果穩(wěn)定可靠,Egger's檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明無(wú)發(fā)表偏倚。結(jié)論妊娠期抑郁癥可能是新生兒低出生體重的危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between depression in pregnancy and low birth weight of newborn, and to provide scientific basis for prevention of low birth weight of newborn. Methods A cohort study on the relationship between depression in pregnancy and low birth weight was systematically collected and analyzed by Meta. The data were extracted by two researchers independently, and the quality of the literature was evaluated according to the NOS scale, and the bias of publication was evaluated by Egger's test. The results were included in 12 cohort studies. The results of meta-analysis showed that depression in pregnancy was associated with low birth weight of newborn infants. The risk of low birth weight in pregnant mothers with depression during pregnancy was higher than that in newborns with low birth weight. Sensitivity analysis showed that the Meta score was higher than that of pregnant mothers with low birth weight. Conclusion pregnancy depression may be a risk factor for low birth weight of newborns.
