【摘要】：[目的]了解上海市新生兒接觸鄰苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的暴露水平,并開展累積暴露的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。[方法]對(duì)2013年7月—2014年7月于同濟(jì)大學(xué)附屬上海市第一婦幼保健院分娩的237名新生兒進(jìn)行橫斷面觀察,采用液相色譜串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法(LC-MS/MS)檢測胎糞中10種PAEs代謝物[鄰苯二甲酸單甲酯(MMP)、鄰苯二甲酸單乙酯(MEP)、鄰苯二甲酸單正丁酯(MnBP)、鄰苯二甲酸單異丁酯(MiBP)、鄰苯二甲酸單芐基酯(MBzP)、鄰苯二甲酸單(2-乙基己基)酯(MEHP)、單(2-乙基-5-氧代己基)鄰苯二甲酸酯(MEOHP)、單(2-乙基-5-羧基戊基)鄰苯二甲酸酯(MECPP)、單(2-乙基-5-羥基己基)鄰苯二甲酸酯(MEHHP)、單(2-羧基己基)鄰苯二甲酸酯(MCMHP)]的含量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),后同);并用胎糞中PAEs代謝物含量推算出6種PAEs[鄰苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、鄰苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、鄰苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DnBP)、鄰苯二甲酸二異丁酯(DiBP)和鄰苯二甲酸丁基芐酯(BBP)、鄰苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)]的每日估計(jì)暴露量(EDI);用危害指數(shù)(HI)法評(píng)估PAEs累積暴露的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。[結(jié)果]新生兒胎糞中10種PAEs代謝物含量相對(duì)較高的為MEHP(65.00 ng/g)、MiBP(27.30 ng/g)和MnBP(27.90 ng/g),其檢出率均超過90%。6種PAEs中,DiBP的EDI中位數(shù)為22.88μg/kg(以體重計(jì)),遠(yuǎn)高于DEP、DnBP、DMP、DEHP和BBP(中位數(shù)分別為3.45、2.96、1.90、1.19和0.41μg/kg)。237名新生兒中,HI≥1者有5名(2.11%),均為女嬰。[結(jié)論]上海市237名新生兒中,有2.11%HI≥1,提示新生兒PAEs暴露的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)值得關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the exposure level of newborn infants to PAEs in Shanghai. The health risk assessment of cumulative exposure was carried out. [methods] A cross-sectional observation of 237 newborns delivered in Shanghai first Maternal and Child Health Hospital affiliated to Tongji University from July 2013 to July 2014 was carried out. Determination of 10 PAEs metabolites in meconium by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS): monomethyl phthalate (MMP), monoethyl phthalate (MMP), mono-butyl phthalate (n-butyl phthalate), monobenzyl phthalate (MBP), monobenzyl phthalate (MMP), monobutyl phthalate (MMP), monobutyl phthalate (MMP), monobenzyl phthalate (MMP).
