【摘要】：正患者女,24個(gè)月,因"發(fā)現(xiàn)頸部腫物10天"入院。查體:右頸部可觸及一包塊,約4cm×5cm,質(zhì)韌,局部有壓痛。超聲檢查:甲狀腺右葉后方見(jiàn)一混合回聲包塊,約4.47 cm×3.11cm,內(nèi)部回聲不均,可見(jiàn)團(tuán)絮狀回聲及細(xì)密點(diǎn)狀回聲緩慢流動(dòng),甲狀腺右葉明顯受壓且與包塊分界不清。CT檢查:右頸旁軟組織內(nèi)見(jiàn)蜂窩狀異常密度影,約4.21cm×2.82cm,其內(nèi)密度不均,邊緣呈稍高密度包繞;增強(qiáng)后病灶邊緣及分隔強(qiáng)化,其內(nèi)低密度區(qū)未見(jiàn)強(qiáng)化(圖1A)。病灶上至C4椎
[Abstract]:The female patient, 24 months, was admitted to hospital because of "10 days of finding cervical mass". Body examination: the right neck can touch a package of mass, about 4cm 脳 5 cm, tough, local tenderness. Ultrasound examination: there is a mixed echo mass behind the right lobe of thyroid gland, about 4.47 cm 脳 3.11 cm, the internal echo is uneven. There was slow flow of flocculent echo and fine punctate echo, and the right lobe of thyroid gland was obviously compressed and not distinct from the mass. Ct examination showed that the soft tissue of right neck had honeycomb abnormal density, about 4.21cm 脳 2.82 cm, its inner density was uneven, and the edge was slightly high density. After enhancement, the edge and septum of the lesion were enhanced, but no enhancement was found in the low density area of the lesion (fig. 1). The lesion was superior to the C4 vertebra.
