【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)蘇州市兒童入托入學(xué)預(yù)防接種證自助查驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施效果。方法開發(fā)和實(shí)施蘇州市兒童入托入學(xué)預(yù)防接種證自助查驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),采用描述性方法分析2016年5月-2017年4月系統(tǒng)實(shí)施期間托幼機(jī)構(gòu)/小學(xué)的使用率、入學(xué)兒童錄入率和免疫規(guī)劃疫苗漏種比例等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 2016-2017學(xué)年全市91.42%(1 129/1 235)的托幼機(jī)構(gòu)/小學(xué)使用系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行預(yù)防接種證查驗(yàn)工作;入托入學(xué)兒童系統(tǒng)錄入率為85.36%(225 103/263 701);2016年入托入學(xué)兒童11種免疫規(guī)劃疫苗的漏種比例(0.53‰-14.55‰)均低于2014年(0.79‰-17.38‰)和2015年(0.66‰-15.70‰)(x2檢驗(yàn),P均0.05)。結(jié)論蘇州市兒童入托入學(xué)預(yù)防接種證自助查驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施使接種證查驗(yàn)及疫苗補(bǔ)種工作關(guān)口前移,減少了疫苗漏種。
