【摘要】：通過對沈陽市腦癱兒童搶救性康復(fù)項目腦癱兒童家庭對腦癱康復(fù)項目滿意度情況調(diào)查，對影響患兒家庭“沈陽市腦癱兒童搶救性康復(fù)項目”服務(wù)滿意度的因素進(jìn)行討論、歸納、整理、分析，找準(zhǔn)切入點，改進(jìn)項目方案不足，提高康復(fù)質(zhì)量，為救助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的細(xì)化和調(diào)整提供科學(xué)依據(jù)，探索建立沈陽市腦癱兒童搶救性康復(fù)長效機(jī)制。 對沈陽市殘疾人康復(fù)工作辦公室存檔的2011年度“沈陽市腦癱兒童搶救性康復(fù)項目”申請、審批擋案和腦癱兒童訓(xùn)練檔案數(shù)據(jù)中腦癱兒童及其家庭的基本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行收集。并對2011年度參加沈陽市貧困腦癱兒童搶救性康復(fù)項目的兒童及其家庭進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查，調(diào)查問卷為腦癱患兒家庭項目滿意度和補充資料調(diào)查問卷。 最后得出的結(jié)論為：影響總體滿意度的主要因素是機(jī)構(gòu)滿意度、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滿意度和康復(fù)效果滿意度三個因素。影響腦癱患兒及家庭對康復(fù)訓(xùn)練機(jī)構(gòu)滿意度的因素是康復(fù)訓(xùn)練機(jī)構(gòu)的技術(shù)水平和收費情況。影響腦癱患兒及家庭對康復(fù)效果滿意度的因素是腦癱指標(biāo)的改善情況。腦癱患兒及家庭對救助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的滿意度的總體情況為低分值滿意，，影響滿意度的因素為家庭收入情況和地址所在地情況。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of the satisfaction degree of the cerebral palsy children's families to the rehabilitation project of cerebral palsy in Shenyang, the factors influencing the satisfaction degree of the service of the children's families "the rescue rehabilitation project of the children with cerebral palsy in Shenyang" were discussed and summarized. Sorting out, analyzing, finding out the breakthrough point, improving the lack of project scheme, improving the quality of rehabilitation, providing scientific basis for the refinement and adjustment of relief standard, exploring the establishment of long-term mechanism of rescue rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy in Shenyang. An application for the "Rescue Rehabilitation Project for Children with Cerebral Palsy in Shenyang" filed by Shenyang disabled Rehabilitation Office in 2011, The basic data of children with cerebral palsy and their families were collected from the file data of approval and approval of cases and training files for children with cerebral palsy. A questionnaire survey was conducted among the children and their families who participated in the rescue rehabilitation program for poor cerebral palsy children in Shenyang in 2011. The questionnaire was a questionnaire for family item satisfaction and supplementary information of children with cerebral palsy. Finally, it is concluded that the main factor influencing overall satisfaction is institutional satisfaction. Standard satisfaction degree and rehabilitation effect satisfaction are three factors. The technical level and fees of rehabilitation training institutions are the factors that affect the satisfaction of children with cerebral palsy and their families to rehabilitation training institutions, and affect the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy and their families. The improvement of cerebral palsy index was the main factor of effect satisfaction, and the overall satisfaction of children with cerebral palsy and their families was low score. The factors influencing satisfaction are household income and address location.
