【摘要】：目的探討肥胖兒童人群中炎癥因子高敏感度C-反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)與脂肪因子、體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI)、腰圍(WC)之間關(guān)系。方法選取單純肥胖兒童8-14歲(肥胖組)50例,正常兒童(正常組)30例。測定兩組對象身高、體重,計算BMI[BMI=體重(kg)/身高(m~2)],采用軟尺測量WC;取空腹靜脈血3ml,測定hs-CRP;酶聯(lián)免疫法測定血清脂聯(lián)素(ug/ml),放射免疫分析法測定血清瘦素(ng/ml)。結(jié)果肥胖組BMI、WC、瘦素及hs-CRP結(jié)果值明顯高于正常組(P0.05);肥胖組脂聯(lián)素結(jié)果明顯低于正常組(P0.05);肥胖兒童組血清hs-CRP與BMI、WC和瘦素呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),與脂聯(lián)素呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論脂聯(lián)素、瘦素、WC、BMI與hs-CRP密切相關(guān),肥胖兒童血清脂聯(lián)素明顯降低,hsCRP明顯升高,其可以作為判斷相關(guān)病情和進(jìn)展的有效指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and fat factor, body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference (WCC) in obese children. Methods 50 obese children aged 8 to 14 years (obese group) were selected. Normal children (normal group, 30 cases). The height and weight of the two groups were measured. BMI was calculated and measured by soft ruler; fasting venous blood was measured by 3ml and hs-CRP; serum adiponectin was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa); serum leptin was measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results the results of BMIWC, leptin and hs-CRP in obese group were significantly higher than those in obese group. The results of adiponectin in obese group were significantly lower than that in normal group P0.05.The serum hs-CRP in obese children was positively correlated with BMI-WC and leptin, and negatively correlated with adiponectin (P0.05). Conclusion adiponectin, adiponectin, adiponectin, adiponectin, adiponectin, adiponectin, adiponectin, and adiponectin in obese children. The serum adiponectin level in obese children was significantly lower than that in the control group. It could be used as an effective index to judge the disease and progression of obese children.
