【摘要】：目的：觀察桑螵蛸散合縮泉丸加減治療小兒遺尿的療效及分析相·關(guān)療效機(jī)理。 方法：將于2009年12月～2011年12月就診于黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院門診的60例患兒,通過隨機(jī)分組的方法分成治療組和對照組,兩組患者在性別、年齡、病程的長短及嚴(yán)重程度等在統(tǒng)計學(xué)上無顯著性差異具有可比性。其中治療組30例,口服桑螵蛸散合縮泉丸加減治療,對照組30例,口服縮泉膠囊(湖南漢森制藥股份有限公司),兩組治療結(jié)束后進(jìn)行療效性分析。 結(jié)果：經(jīng)過治療,按《中醫(yī)病證診斷療效標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,1個月后,治療組：治愈10例,好轉(zhuǎn)18例,未愈2例,治愈率33.33%,總有效率93.3%；對照組：治愈8例,好轉(zhuǎn)16例,未愈6例,治愈率：26.67%,好轉(zhuǎn)：80%。在睡眠易喚醒程度上,治療組優(yōu)于對照組,兩組療效具有顯著的差異性(P0.01)。對膀胱容量的增加上,治療組優(yōu)于對照組,兩組療效具有顯著的差異性(P0.05)。 結(jié)論： 1.桑螵蛸散合縮泉丸加減治療小兒遺尿療效顯著,治療效果較對照組好。 2.治療組對改善遺尿次數(shù)和改善患兒的易喚醒程度效果較好。 3.治療組對增加患兒膀胱容量的效果較對照組好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Octopus multimiae Powder Huoquan Pill in the treatment of infantile enuresis. Methods: from December 2009 to December 2011, 60 children in the outpatient department of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. There was no significant statistical difference in the duration and severity of the disease course, including 30 cases in the treatment group, 30 cases in the treatment group, 30 cases in the control group, 30 cases in the control group, 30 cases in the treatment group, 30 cases in the control group, 30 cases in the control group. Huiquan capsule (Hunan Hansen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) was used to analyze the curative effect after treatment. Results: after treatment, 10 cases were cured, 18 cases were improved, 2 cases were not recovered, and the total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, while in the control group, 8 cases were cured, 16 cases were improved, 6 cases were not recovered. The curative rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. In the increase of bladder capacity, the treatment group was better than the control group, and the curative effect of the two groups was significantly different (P 0.05). Conclusion:. 1. The effect of adding and subtracting Octopus sangyicyicum in the treatment of infantile enuresis is better than that in the control group. 2. The treatment group has a better effect on improving enuresis frequency and arousal degree of children. 3. The effect of treatment group on increasing bladder volume was better than that of control group.
