【摘要】：目的探究呼吸道感染患兒中單純WU多瘤病毒(WUpyV)的感染情況及臨床特征,為呼吸道感染疾病的科學(xué)預(yù)防和治療提供依據(jù)。方法收集2013年6月-2015年5月就診于內(nèi)蒙古醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院兒科的1 632例呼吸道感染患兒的臨床資料,分析其流行病學(xué)及臨床特征;應(yīng)用多重PCR技術(shù),對(duì)其進(jìn)行病原學(xué)檢測(cè)。結(jié)果在1 632例呼吸道感染住院患兒中,病毒陽性檢出1 136例,陽性檢出率69.61%,其中WUpyV感染46例,占2.82%。46例WUpyV感染患兒中,單純WUpyV感染為22例(47.83%),合并其他病毒感染24例(52.18%)。單純WUpyV感染患兒的中位年齡為27.3個(gè)月,其中≤6個(gè)月8例(36.36%),6個(gè)月~4例(18.18%),2~歲6例(27.27%),3~歲2例(9.10%),≥5歲2例(9.10%);男性16例(72.73%),女性6例(27.27%)。單純WUpyV感染在春季呈現(xiàn)高峰(45.45%)。單純WUpyV感染患兒的臨床癥狀多為發(fā)熱、咳嗽和喘息,感染后主要被診斷為支氣管肺炎。結(jié)論單純WUpyV感染高發(fā)季為春季,患兒多為男性嬰幼兒。單純WUpyV感染的臨床特征以發(fā)熱、咳嗽和喘息為主,且多被診斷為支氣管肺炎。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection and clinical characteristics of simple WU polytumour virus (WUpyV) in children with respiratory tract infection. Methods from June 2013 to May 2015, the clinical data of 1 632 children with respiratory tract infection in pediatrics of affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were collected. The epidemiology and clinical characteristics were analyzed, and the etiology was detected by multiple PCR technique. Results among the 1 632 hospitalized children with respiratory tract infection, 1 136 cases were positive for virus, and the positive rate was 69.61%, among which 46 cases were infected with WUpyV. Of the 2.82% of 46 children with WUpyV infection, 22 cases were infected with WUpyV alone, and 24 cases were infected with other viruses. The median age of children with WUpyV infection alone was 27.3 months. Of them, 8 cases were less than 6 months old, 4 cases were 18. 18 months old, 6 cases were from 2 to 2 years old, 2 cases were from 3 to 3 years old, 2 cases were over 5 years old, 2 cases were above 5 years old, male 16 cases were 72.73m, female 6 cases were 27.2727.The peak of WUpyV infection in spring was 45.455.The clinical symptoms of simple WUpyV infection children were fever, cough and wheezing. Conclusion the high incidence of simple WUpyV infection is in spring, and most of the children are male infants. The clinical features of simple WUpyV infection are mainly fever, cough and wheezing, and most of them are diagnosed as bronchopneumonia.
