西安市2010-2015年空氣污染對出生缺陷影響的時間序列分析

【摘要】:目的研究西安市空氣污染物二氧化硫(SO_2)、二氧化氮(NO_2)和PM_(10)對出生缺陷的影響。方法從西安市婦幼保健院獲得西安市2010-2015年出生缺陷監(jiān)測資料,從西安市環(huán)境監(jiān)測站獲得同期空氣污染資料,從西安市氣象站獲得同期氣象監(jiān)測資料,采用廣義相加模型控制長期趨勢、季節(jié)、氣溫和相對濕度影響,探討空氣污染物與出生缺陷的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果研究期間西安市月平均出生缺陷達89例;SO_2、NO_2、PM_(10)月平均密度分別是34.05、45.13、96.77μg/m~3;月平均溫度為13.57℃;相對濕度為63.20%。在廣義相加泊松回歸模型(GAM)中,空氣污染物SO_2、NO_2、PM_(10)與出生缺陷有關(guān)且有一定的滯后效應(yīng),均在臨產(chǎn)前10月的效應(yīng)達到最大值,各污染物密度每增加10μg/m~3,RR(95%CI)分別為:1.060(1.023~1.097)、1.033(1.014~1.052)和1.018(1.007~1.029),且差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論西安市空氣污染物SO_2、NO_2、PM_(10)與出生缺陷的發(fā)生相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of air pollutant sulfur dioxide so _ 2 (no _ 2) and PMSP _ (10) on birth defects. Methods the monitoring data of birth defects in Xi'an from 2010 to 2015 were obtained from Xi'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital. Air pollution data were obtained from Xi'an environmental monitoring station and meteorological monitoring data from Xi'an meteorological station during the same period. The effects of long-term trends, seasons, air temperature and relative humidity were controlled by generalized additive model. To investigate the correlation between air pollutants and birth defects.
