肥胖兒童背包行走時的步態(tài)特征

【摘要】:背景:背包行走是兒童常見的活動。過重的書包會對兒童下肢及足部造成不利的影響,從而影響兒童的發(fā)育。目的:探討肥胖對兒童背包行走時步態(tài)特征的影響。方法:應用體質量指數法并參考中國學齡兒童青少年超重、肥胖篩查體質量指數標準,對兒童進行選擇。納入40名小學生作為觀察對象,其中20名肥胖兒童,體質量指數(28.13±3.4)kg/m~2;20名非肥胖兒童,體質量指數(17.44±1.57)kg/m~2。應用比利時RSscan International公司的2 m footscan足底壓力平板測試系統(tǒng)對兒童在背包行走時的步態(tài)進行測試。結果與結論:(1)與非肥胖兒童相比,肥胖兒童在背包行走過程中,左、右足Ⅰ-Ⅴ跖骨、足中部、足跟內側壓強峰值顯著增大(P0.05);全足支撐期占整個足支撐階段的百分比顯著延長(P0.05);足弓指數值(足中部與地面接觸面積的百分比)和右足足軸角均顯著增大(P0.05);(2)結果提示,肥胖對兒童背包行走時的足底壓力分布有明顯的影響。與非肥胖兒童相比,肥胖兒童足跖骨、足中部、足跟內側區(qū)域受力顯著增大,身體的穩(wěn)定性變差,行走時足更扁平,肥胖兒童足八字腳更嚴重。這些因素使得肥胖易造成兒童負重時的足底損傷。
[Abstract]:Background: backpack walking is a common activity in children. Overweight bags can have adverse effects on children's lower limbs and feet. Objective: to investigate the effect of obesity on gait characteristics of children with backpack walking. Methods: body mass index (BMI) was applied to Chinese school-age children and adolescents to screen body mass index (BMI) for overweight and obesity.
