【摘要】：癲癇與雙向情感障礙(BD)同為反復(fù)發(fā)作性的慢性腦功能障礙,二者具有相似的臨床特征及病理機(jī)制,圍癲癇發(fā)作期的情感表現(xiàn)與BD發(fā)作期癥狀臨床鑒別診斷是一個(gè)難點(diǎn)。研究表明二者互為共患因素,可能存在潛在的共存機(jī)制如遺傳學(xué)病因,且均對(duì)患者的生活質(zhì)量及社會(huì)預(yù)后造成負(fù)面影響,應(yīng)重視共患情緒障礙如BD的評(píng)估及管理。
[Abstract]:Epilepsy and bilateral affective disorder (BDD) are both recurrent and chronic brain dysfunction. They have similar clinical features and pathological mechanisms. It is a difficult point to distinguish the emotional manifestation of periepileptic seizures from the clinical differential diagnosis of BD symptoms. Studies have shown that both of them are coinfection factors, and there may be potential coexisting mechanisms such as genetic etiology. All of them have a negative impact on the quality of life and social prognosis, so we should pay more attention to the evaluation and management of coexisting emotional disorders such as BD.
