【摘要】：目的：分析研究椎弓根釘固定治療青少年多節(jié)段非相鄰型脊柱骨折的療效。 方法：回顧性研究2005年1月至2013年12月收治的青少年多節(jié)段非相鄰型脊柱骨折患者中接受椎弓根釘內(nèi)固定手術(shù)治療的患者14例。對(duì)不同患者，依據(jù)骨折分型分別行長(zhǎng)節(jié)段連續(xù)固定或短節(jié)段分別固定。通過(guò)對(duì)比術(shù)前、術(shù)后、隨訪X線平片、CT、MRI，對(duì)傷椎前緣高度（AVH），傷椎椎體角度等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行觀察及測(cè)量。通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法得出各個(gè)指標(biāo)之間的變化與矯正角度丟失之間的關(guān)系。 結(jié)果：患者術(shù)后傷椎椎體前緣高度百分比、傷椎椎體角度與術(shù)前比較,均較術(shù)前明顯改善（P0.05）；本組術(shù)后結(jié)果與末次隨訪比較無(wú)顯著性差異，而傷椎椎體后緣高度百分比與術(shù)前比較無(wú)顯著性差異（P0.05）。 結(jié)論：椎弓根螺釘長(zhǎng)節(jié)段連續(xù)固定或短節(jié)段分別固定，都是治療MNSF的有效方法。神經(jīng)減壓術(shù)后患者神經(jīng)功能可以得到一定程度的改善。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the effect of pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of multiple segmental non adjacent spinal fractures in adolescents.
Methods: a retrospective study from January 2005 to December 2013 were teenagers multiple noncontiguous spinal fracture patients received pedicle screw fixation operation in 14 patients. For different patients, according to the type of fracture were long segmental fixation or continuous short segments were fixed. By comparing the preoperative, postoperative follow-up X-ray CT, MRI, of anterior vertebral height (AVH), vertebral angle index were observed and measured. The relationship between the change of statistical methods to calculate each index between the correction angle loss.
Results: postoperative anterior vertebral height percentage, compared with preoperative vertebral angle, were significantly improved compared with preoperative (P0.05); this group were compared with the results of the last follow-up had no significant difference, and the vertebral vertebral height percentage compared with preoperative had no significant difference (P0.05).
Conclusion: long segmental pedicle screw fixation or short segment fixation are effective methods for the treatment of MNSF. Neurological function can be improved to some extent after decompression.
