【摘要】：目的：觀察熄風(fēng)止動(dòng)沖劑治療兒童抽動(dòng)穢語綜合征的臨床療效 方法：將60例入選患兒按就診順序隨機(jī)分為兩組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組和治療組各30例,實(shí)驗(yàn)組給予熄風(fēng)止動(dòng)沖劑口服,對照組給予鹽酸硫必利片口服采用耶魯抽動(dòng)癥整體嚴(yán)重程度量表(YGTSS)評(píng)分法及中醫(yī)證候?yàn)橹笜?biāo),臨床對比觀察了熄風(fēng)止動(dòng)沖劑和鹽酸硫必利片對抽動(dòng)穢語綜合征患者抽動(dòng)癥狀及中醫(yī)證候的改善情況,觀察其不良反應(yīng)。 結(jié)果：1.兩組治療前分別和治療4周、8周后進(jìn)行組內(nèi)比較,耶魯抽動(dòng)積分前后差異均有高度統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P＜0.01),兩組治療4周后和治療8周后分別進(jìn)行組內(nèi)比較,耶魯抽動(dòng)積分前后差異均有高度統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。兩組治療前、治療4周后和8周后分別進(jìn)行組間比較,耶魯抽動(dòng)積分差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 2.實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組治療前與治療4、8周后分別進(jìn)行組內(nèi)比較,治療組中醫(yī)證候積分差異均有高度統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),而對照組差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)(P0.05)。治療后4周和治療后8周進(jìn)行組間比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)組中醫(yī)證候積分差異有高度統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。 3.對照組在嗜睡、頭暈、乏力、心率加快方面,不同程度的出現(xiàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)組2例出現(xiàn)消化道反應(yīng),實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組在頭暈、乏力方面比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 結(jié)論：1.實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組能明顯改善抽動(dòng)抽動(dòng)穢語綜合征患兒的抽動(dòng)癥狀,并且療效相當(dāng),治療8周的療效較4周更為顯著。 2.熄風(fēng)止動(dòng)沖劑能顯著的改善患兒的中醫(yī)證候,而鹽酸硫必利則無顯著效果。 3.熄風(fēng)止動(dòng)沖劑安全、無副作用,而鹽酸硫必利則可出現(xiàn)不同程度的副作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Xifeng Zhihe granule on children with Tourette syndrome. Methods: 60 children were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 30) and treatment group (n = 30). The control group was given tiapride hydrochloride orally with YGTSS score and TCM syndrome as the index. The improvement of symptoms and syndromes of Tourette syndrome in patients with Tourette's syndrome by Xifeng Zhifei granules and tiapride hydrochloride tablets were compared and the adverse reactions were observed. Results before and after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, there were significant differences in Yale tic score between the two groups (P < 0.01). The differences between the two groups were compared after 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks after treatment. The difference of Yale tic score before and after treatment was statistically significant (P 0.01). Before treatment, 4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment, there was no significant difference in Yale tic score between the two groups (P 0.05). 2.Compared with the control group before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, the difference of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was highly statistically significant (P 0.01), but there was no significant difference in the control group (P 0.05). The difference between the two groups was compared 4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment. The difference of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was statistically significant (P 0.01). 3. In the control group, there were different degrees of drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue and heart rate acceleration. In the experimental group, there were 2 cases of digestive tract reaction, while in the experimental group and the control group, there were significant differences in dizziness and fatigue (P 0.05). Conclusion1.The experimental group and the control group can obviously improve the symptoms of Tourette syndrome, and the curative effect is similar, and the curative effect is more obvious in the 8th week than in the 4th week. 2. Xifengzhi granule can significantly improve TCM syndromes of children, but thiapride hydrochloride has no significant effect. 3. Xifeng Zhi granule is safe and has no side effects, while thiopride hydrochloride can have different side effects.
