聽(tīng)覺(jué)統(tǒng)合訓(xùn)練對(duì)整體發(fā)育遲緩兒童語(yǔ)言及情緒-社會(huì)性的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討聽(tīng)覺(jué)統(tǒng)合訓(xùn)練(auditory integration training,AIT)對(duì)整體發(fā)育遲緩(global developmental delay,GDD)兒童語(yǔ)言及情緒-社會(huì)性的治療效果。方法:144例GDD兒童隨機(jī)分成治療組、對(duì)照組和空白對(duì)照組,每組輕度GDD 28例,中重度GDD 20例。運(yùn)用腦干誘發(fā)電位儀行ASSR測(cè)試判定聽(tīng)覺(jué)敏感頻率,數(shù)碼聽(tīng)覺(jué)統(tǒng)合訓(xùn)練儀進(jìn)行AIT治療,采用0—6歲小兒神經(jīng)心理發(fā)育檢查表、AIT療效調(diào)查表,治療前后3個(gè)月語(yǔ)言發(fā)育商、總發(fā)育商評(píng)分差異及AIT治療3個(gè)月后臨床癥狀的變化來(lái)評(píng)估整體療效。結(jié)果:治療3個(gè)月后,治療組中輕度GDD語(yǔ)言DQ、總DQ較治療前明顯提高(P0.001),而治療組中中重度GDD患兒以及全部對(duì)照組中患兒語(yǔ)言DQ、總DQ較治療前提高不明顯,差異無(wú)顯著性意義(P0.05),全部空白對(duì)照組語(yǔ)言DQ、總DQ較治療前明顯降低(P0.01,P0.05)。輕度GDD三組患兒治療后3個(gè)月語(yǔ)言DQ、總DQ差異有非常顯著性意義(P0.001),中重度GDD三組患兒治療后3個(gè)月總DQ差異有顯著性意義(P0.05)。治療后兩兩比較顯示:輕度GDD治療組與空白對(duì)照組語(yǔ)言DQ、總DQ比較差異顯著(P0.01,P0.01),中重度GDD治療組與空白對(duì)照組總DQ比較差異顯著(P0.05),輕度、中重度GDD對(duì)照組與空白對(duì)照組總DQ比較差異顯著(P0.05),輕度GDD對(duì)照組與空白對(duì)照組語(yǔ)言DQ比較差異無(wú)顯著性意義(P0.05)。AIT治療3個(gè)月后在語(yǔ)言、社會(huì)交往上平均總有效率60.42%、72.92%,控制情緒能力平均總有效率20.83%。結(jié)論:AIT能促進(jìn)輕度GDD兒童語(yǔ)言發(fā)育水平,提高GDD兒童社會(huì)交往能力及改善情緒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect of auditory integrative training (AITs) on global developmental delay-GDDs in children with global developmental delay.Methods: 144 children with GDD were randomly divided into treatment group, control group and blank control group, with 28 mild GDD in each group. Twenty cases of moderate and severe GDD were treated with brainstem evoked potential instrument (ASSR) and digital auditory integrative training instrument (AIT). After 3 months of treatment, the difference of language development quotient, total development quotient score and the changes of clinical symptoms after 3 months of AIT treatment were used to evaluate the overall efficacy. The DQs of mild GDD and total DQ in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment, while the total DQ in the moderate and severe GDD group and the control group were not significantly increased compared with those before treatment. There was no significant difference (P 0.05). The total DQ and total DQ in all blank control group were significantly lower than those before treatment. After 3 months treatment, the total DQ and total DQ in mild GDD group were significantly lower than those before treatment. There was a significant difference in total DQ between mild GDD group and moderate severe GDD group 3 months after treatment. There was significant difference in total DQ between mild GDD group and blank control group after 3 months of treatment (P 0.05). There was a significant difference in total DQ between mild GDD group and blank control group (P 0.01). There was significant difference in total DQ between moderate and severe GDD group and blank control group (P 0.05). There was a significant difference in total DQ between moderate and severe GDD control group and blank control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in language DQ between mild GDD control group and blank control group. After 3 months of treatment, there was no significant difference in language between mild GDD control group and blank control group. The average total effective rate of social communication was 60.42 and the average effective rate of controlling emotion was 20.83.Conclusion: AIT can promote language development level of mild GDD children, improve social communication ability and improve mood of GDD children.
