【摘要】：目的:研究鄭啟仲教授風池、氣池診法經(jīng)驗規(guī)律。方法:應用中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺收集并分析肝風證、咳嗽、泄瀉、厭食4種疾病各30例,每種疾病選取2個證型。結(jié)果:肝風證中脾虛肝亢證氣池色澤以色青、色紫多見,痰火擾神證氣池以色赤、色紫多見,咳嗽中風寒咳嗽氣池色澤以淡紅、色青多見,痰熱咳嗽氣池以色赤、色紫多見,泄瀉中脾虛瀉氣池色澤以色黃多見,濕熱瀉氣池以色黃、色赤多見,厭食中脾失健運證氣池色澤以色黃多見,脾胃濕熱證以色赤、色紫多見。同一患兒風池常表現(xiàn)出同氣池一樣的色澤改變,其中氣池色澤變化較風池出現(xiàn)頻率更高、色澤變化更明顯。結(jié)論:不同疾病不同證型風池氣池變化有一定規(guī)律,對中醫(yī)臨床辨證具有十分重要的意義。風池氣池望診法是小兒望診的一大特色,彌補了兒科診法的不足。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the experiential rule of professor Zheng Qizhong's wind pool and qi pool diagnosis. Methods: 30 cases of liver wind syndrome, 30 cases of cough, diarrhea, and anorexia were collected and analyzed by means of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) inheriting auxiliary platform. Results: in the syndrome of liver wind, the color of Qi pool of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome was green, the color purple was more common, the phlegm and fire disturbing spirit syndrome qi pool was red, the color purple was more common, the color of wind-cold cough gas pool in cough was light red, and the color was mostly green. Phlegm and heat cough Qi pool was more color red, purple color was more common, spleen deficiency and purge gas pool color was yellow in diarrhea, damp heat purging gas pool was color yellow, color red was more than others, color yellow was more common in incapacitation of spleen in anorexia, color yellow in spleen and stomach dampness heat syndrome, color red in spleen and stomach dampness heat syndrome, and color yellow in spleen and stomach dampness heat syndrome. Color violet is more common. The same wind pond often shows the same color change, in which the color change of the air pool is more frequent than that of the wind pond. Conclusion: the changes of the air pool of different diseases and different syndromes have a certain regularity, and the changes of color and color of the wind pond are more obvious than those of the wind pond. It is of great significance for clinical diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine. The method of looking at diagnosis in Fengchi Qi Chi is a major feature of pediatric diagnosis, which makes up for the deficiency of paediatrics diagnosis.
