廣州市學齡兒童紅細胞分布寬度與血壓水平的相關性

【摘要】:目的探討廣州市6~11歲學齡兒童紅細胞分布寬度(red blood cell volume distribution width,RDW)與血壓水平的相關性,為有效預防控制學齡兒童高血壓提供參考。方法采用整群抽樣的方法抽取廣州市6~11歲學齡兒童6 188名,對調(diào)查對象進行血壓測量和靜脈全血細胞分析,分別獲得收縮壓、舒張壓、紅細胞數(shù)量、血紅蛋白和RDW等指標,采用Pearson相關分析和逐步線性回歸等方法進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果廣州市6~11歲學齡兒童RDW中位數(shù)為13.3%,男生(13.4%)高于女生(13.3%)(Z=8.609,P0.01);收縮壓的中位數(shù)為100 mm Hg,舒張壓中位數(shù)為64 mm Hg;高血壓和高血壓前期組學齡兒童RDW高于血壓正常組的兒童(H=15.400,P0.05)。Pearson相關分析顯示,RDW與收縮壓和紅細胞數(shù)均呈正相關(r值分別為0.044,0.465,P值均0.01),與血紅蛋白呈負相關(r=-0.219,P0.01)。多元線性逐步回歸顯示,收縮壓是RDW的影響因素之一(B=0.002,P=0.008)。結(jié)論 RDW在高血壓和高血壓前期學齡兒童中增高,且與收縮壓存在關聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the red blood cell volume distribution width in children aged 6 to 11 years old in Guangzhou. The correlation between RDW) and blood pressure level provides a reference for the effective prevention and control of hypertension in school-age children. Methods 6 188 children aged 11 years old in Guangzhou were selected by cluster sampling. Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, erythrocyte count, hemoglobin and RDW were obtained by blood pressure measurement and venous whole blood cell analysis. Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise linear regression were used for statistical analysis. Results the median RDW of children aged 6 to 11 in Guangzhou was 13.3%. The ratio of 13.4% for male students was higher than that for girls (8.609% P0.01); The median systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were 100 mm Hg and 64 mm Hg respectively. The RDW of school age children in hypertension and prehypertension group was higher than that in normal blood pressure group (P 0.05N. Pearson). RDW was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure (SBP) and erythrocyte count (r = 0.044) and negatively correlated with hemoglobin (P = 0.01). Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that systolic blood pressure was one of the influencing factors of RDW. Conclusion RDW is higher in hypertension and prehypertensive school-age children, and is associated with systolic blood pressure (SBP).
