【摘要】：目的：研究兒童1型糖尿病(T1DM)血清CXC趨化因子配體10(CXC chemokine ligand10, CXCL10)及其CXC趨化因子受體3(chemokine receptor3, CXCR3)的表達及臨床意義。 方法：收集T1DM患者50例和30例正常對照組,應(yīng)用ELISA法檢測兩組血清CXCL10及CXCR3表達水平并分別進行比較。根據(jù)T1DM患者的不同病程對CXCL10進行分組比較。 結(jié)果：50例T1DM患者血清CXCL10和CXCR3濃度分別為(258.17±39.12) ng/L和(851.87±70.04) pg/mL,均高于正常對照組(P0.05)。病程6周T1DM患者CXCL10的血清水平比6周≤病程3年和病程≥3年患者明顯升高,6周≤病程3年患者血清CXCL10水平高于病程≥3年患者,均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。 結(jié)論：T1DM患者血清CXCL10和CXCR3水平均高于對照組,并且隨病程延長,血清CXCL10水平逐漸下降。CXCL10及CXCR3表達水平有可能作為反映T1DM免疫活動的標志,將為探討其發(fā)病機制及防治提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the serum CXC chemokine ligand (CXC chemokine ligand10) in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM). The expression and clinical significance of CXCL10 and its CXC chemokine receptor 3 (CXCR3). Methods: 50 patients with T1DM and 30 normal controls were collected. The levels of serum CXCL10 and CXCR3 were detected by ELISA method and compared with each other. According to the course of T1DM, the CXCL10 were grouped and compared.
