【摘要】：目的: 觀察郭振武老師自擬中藥湯劑治療小兒哮喘發(fā)作期（熱哮）的臨床療效、中醫(yī)癥候體征、外周血EOS的測(cè)定以及血清總IgE的改善，并與西藥氨茶堿片進(jìn)行對(duì)照，客觀的評(píng)價(jià)治療組的臨床療效。 方法： 通過(guò)隨機(jī)的試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)，收集符合研究要求的100例患兒，并將此100例患兒隨機(jī)分為治療組50例和對(duì)照組50例。治療組接受郭振武老師治療哮喘的經(jīng)驗(yàn)方，并隨癥加減。對(duì)照組接受氨茶堿片，7天為一個(gè)療程，觀察四周。觀察治療前后治療組與對(duì)照組患兒的臨床綜合療效改善情況，，中醫(yī)癥候及體征的改善情況，治療前后外周血嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞（EOS）及血清總IgE水平的改變。數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行分析觀察結(jié)果。 結(jié)果： 1.治療組應(yīng)用郭振武老師治療小兒哮喘的經(jīng)驗(yàn)方治療小兒哮喘發(fā)作期的總有效率為88%，對(duì)照組總有效率為52%，兩組比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05㖞。 2.治療組與對(duì)照組在中醫(yī)證候體征方面比較，有顯著差異（P＜0.05㖞。 3.治療后兩組外周血EOS均有所下降，與治療前自身相比，有顯著差異（P＜0.05㖞，治療后兩組間無(wú)顯著差異(p＞0.05). 4.治療后兩組血清總IgE水平均較治療前下降，與治療前自身相比，有顯著差異（P＜0.05㖞，治療后兩組間無(wú)顯著差異(p＞0.05).結(jié)論：郭振武老師治療小兒哮喘經(jīng)驗(yàn)方治療小兒哮喘發(fā)作期患兒，能明顯改善哮喘患兒的臨床癥狀，降低外周血嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞（EOS）以及血清總IgE水平，具有良好的療效，值得在臨床上進(jìn)一步推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Guo Zhenwu's self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction on children's asthma attack (heat asthma), the signs of TCM symptoms, the determination of EOS in peripheral blood and the improvement of serum total IgE. And compared with western medicine aminophylline tablets, objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy of the treatment group. Methods: A randomized trial was conducted to collect 100 children who met the requirements of the study. The 100 children were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The treatment group was treated with Guo Zhenwu's experience prescription in treating asthma, and the control group received aminophylline tablets for 7 days as a course of treatment. Observe four weeks. Observe the treatment group and control group before and after treatment of children with comprehensive clinical efficacy improvement, TCM symptoms and signs of improvement. The changes of eosinophil eosinophils (Eos) and serum total IgE levels before and after treatment were observed by SPSS17.0 software. Results: 1. The total effective rate of the treatment group with Guo Zhenwu's experience prescription in treating children's asthma was 88%, while the control group's total effective rate was 52%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). . 2.Compared with the control group in TCM syndromes, there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P < 0.05). . 3.After treatment, the EOS in peripheral blood of both groups decreased, and there was significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P > 0.05). 4. After treatment, the serum total IgE levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and there was significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment, P > 0.05. Conclusion: teacher Guo Zhenwu's experience prescription in treating children with asthma can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of children with asthma. The decrease of eosinophil eosinophils in peripheral blood and the level of serum total IgE have good curative effect and deserve to be popularized in clinic.
