【摘要】：目的探討慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者不同代謝狀態(tài)肝臟酶學(xué)的差異。方法分析110例CHB不同代謝狀態(tài)組間丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT)、門冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(AST)、堿性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)肽酶(GGT)的差異。結(jié)果 ALP、GGT均隨著糖代謝狀態(tài)惡化而明顯增加(P0.05),有脂肪肝組ALP、GGT水平高于無脂肪肝者(P0.05);AST、ALP、GGT隨胰島素抵抗程度加重、胰島β細(xì)胞功能減退而有升高的趁勢(shì),在有無代謝異常組間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 CHB患者糖代謝異常及脂肪肝主要導(dǎo)致ALP、GGT升高,胰島素抵抗及胰島β細(xì)胞功能減退亦可能導(dǎo)致AST、ALP及GGT升高,其他代謝異常對(duì)肝臟酶學(xué)無明顯影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the differences of liver enzymes in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) in different metabolic states. Methods the levels of alanine aminotransferase (alt), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), glutamyl transaminase (glutamyl) in 110 CHB patients with different metabolic states were analyzed. Results with the deterioration of glucose metabolism, the level of ALPnGGT in patients with fatty liver was significantly higher than that in patients without fatty liver. There was no significant difference between the groups with or without abnormal metabolism (P 0.05). Conclusion the abnormal glucose metabolism and fatty liver in CHB patients may lead to the increase of ALP GGT. Insulin resistance and islet 尾 cell dysfunction may also lead to elevated ALP and GGT, while other metabolic abnormalities have no significant effect on liver enzymology.
