【摘要】：醫(yī)患關(guān)系作為典型的社會(huì)問題一直是媒體關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。媒體是社會(huì)集體思考共同問題的場域,影響大眾對(duì)公共議題的認(rèn)知與態(tài)度�！度嗣袢�?qǐng)?bào)》呈現(xiàn)以責(zé)任框架為主,并將醫(yī)患矛盾沖突歸責(zé)于醫(yī)改制度缺陷;《南方都市報(bào)》則用沖突框架,同時(shí)歸責(zé)于病患及其家屬和醫(yī)護(hù)人員;兩家媒體均運(yùn)用"戰(zhàn)爭"隱喻醫(yī)患沖突;這種媒介話語對(duì)醫(yī)患雙方極易產(chǎn)生敵意媒體效果。我們應(yīng)深入思考新聞媒體在醫(yī)患關(guān)系中扮演的角色和功能,促進(jìn)醫(yī)患雙方的有效溝通。
[Abstract]:As a typical social problem, doctor-patient relationship has always been the focus of media attention. The media is the field where the society thinks about common problems collectively, which affects the public's cognition and attitude towards public issues. "People's Daily" presents the framework of responsibility and blames the conflict between doctors and patients to the defects of the medical reform system, while the Southern Metropolis Daily uses the framework of conflict, and at the same time blames the patients, their families and medical personnel. Both media use "war" to metaphor the conflict between doctors and patients, and the conflict between doctors and patients is attributed to the conflict between doctors and patients, and the conflict between doctors and patients is attributed to the conflict between doctors and patients. This kind of media discourse is easy to produce hostile media effect on both doctors and patients. We should think deeply about the role and function of news media in doctor-patient relationship, and promote the effective communication between doctors and patients.
