【摘要】：我國自2010年3月在A股市場推出融資融券試點(diǎn)以來,融券賣空機(jī)制通過主動(dòng)賣空操作為看空的投資者提供平臺(tái),與融資交易相配合,促進(jìn)價(jià)格發(fā)現(xiàn),提高信息披露質(zhì)量和市場效率。但是這種反向獲利方式也可能誘發(fā)道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn),使得一些賣空"莊家"利用賣空機(jī)制原理,發(fā)布虛假的負(fù)面消息,拉低股價(jià),獲取收益,從而影響了資本市場的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the launch of the margin trading pilot in the A-share market in March 2010, the short selling mechanism has provided a platform for bearish investors through active short selling, coordinated with financing transactions, and promoted price discovery. Improve the quality of information disclosure and market efficiency. However, this reverse profit method may also induce moral hazard, which makes some short sellers make use of the principle of short selling mechanism to issue false negative news, lower the stock price and obtain the income, thus affecting the healthy development of the capital market.
