【摘要】：文章通過搜集國內(nèi)外關(guān)于社交媒體環(huán)境下網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析、定量分析和知識圖譜方法,對國內(nèi)外社交媒體環(huán)境下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情起源和發(fā)展、國內(nèi)外研究熱點(diǎn)、研究方法進(jìn)行對比和可視化分析。從研究發(fā)展態(tài)勢看,關(guān)于社交媒體環(huán)境下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情研究成果數(shù)量正呈逐年遞增態(tài)勢。從研究熱點(diǎn)看,國外研究主要圍繞社交媒體環(huán)境下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情用戶行為、不同社交媒體的輿情傳播特征等方面;國內(nèi)研究主要圍繞社交媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息傳播、社交媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情演化規(guī)律等方面。此領(lǐng)域未來的研究趨勢主要圍繞社交媒體環(huán)境下網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的大數(shù)據(jù)分析方法和移動(dòng)社交媒體環(huán)境下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情傳播等。
[Abstract]:Based on the collection of domestic and foreign literature on network public opinion in the social media environment, this paper applies literature analysis, quantitative analysis and knowledge map method to research the origin and development of network public opinion in the social media environment at home and abroad. The research methods were compared and visualized. From the perspective of research development, the number of online public opinion research results under the social media environment is increasing year by year. From the point of view of the research hotspot, the foreign research mainly revolves around the social media environment network public opinion user behavior, the different social media public opinion dissemination characteristic and so on; The domestic research mainly revolves around the social media network public opinion information dissemination, the social media network public opinion evolution rule and so on. The future research trend in this field is mainly focused on big data analysis method of network public opinion in social media environment and network public opinion dissemination under mobile social media environment.
