【摘要】：正目前,直播平臺(tái)數(shù)量激增,網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播業(yè)呈井噴式發(fā)展,而電視媒體作為視頻內(nèi)容的重要供應(yīng)商,在這股直播"巨浪"面前雖看到利好,但囿于高昂成本和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力,大多處于"隔岸觀火"的狀態(tài),并未深度涉足。隨著國(guó)家相關(guān)主管部門推出一系列監(jiān)管舉措,直播行業(yè)逐步規(guī)范,這也為電視媒體涉足網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播打開(kāi)了"機(jī)會(huì)窗"。本文試圖利用SWOT分析工具對(duì)電視媒體涉足網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播這一決策行為做一些理性分析。一、SWOT分析及其適用性
[Abstract]:At present, the number of live broadcasting platforms has increased dramatically, and the webcast industry has developed in a blowout manner. As an important supplier of video content, television media, although they see good news in the face of this "huge wave" of live broadcasting, are constrained by high costs and competitive pressures. Most of them are in the state of "watching fire from the shore" and have not set foot in depth. With the introduction of a series of regulatory measures by relevant state authorities, the industry has gradually standardized, which has opened a "window of opportunity" for television media to get involved in webcasting.
