差錯(cuò)管理文化與個(gè)人差錯(cuò)信息報(bào)告的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:有效的差錯(cuò)管理依賴于組織員工的個(gè)人差錯(cuò)信息報(bào)告,營(yíng)造良好積極的差錯(cuò)管理文化、提高個(gè)人差錯(cuò)信息學(xué)習(xí)能力是有助于完善組織員工差錯(cuò)信息報(bào)告的重要途徑之一。本文基于三元交互理論,以個(gè)人差錯(cuò)信息學(xué)習(xí)能力為中介變量,探討它與差錯(cuò)管理文化及個(gè)人差錯(cuò)信息報(bào)告之間的影響關(guān)系,并以醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)人員工作過程中出現(xiàn)的差錯(cuò)事件為實(shí)證研究背景,在數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)三者之間的影響關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果證明:差錯(cuò)管理文化不僅直接影響個(gè)人差錯(cuò)信息報(bào)告,還可通過個(gè)人差錯(cuò)信息學(xué)習(xí)能力的中介作用對(duì)個(gè)人差錯(cuò)信息報(bào)告起到間接影響。
[Abstract]:Effective error management depends on the personal error information report of the organization staff, creating a good positive error management culture, and improving the learning ability of personal error information is one of the important ways to improve the organization staff error information reporting. Based on the ternary interaction theory, this paper takes the learning ability of personal error information as the intermediate variable, and discusses its influence on error management culture and personal error information report. Based on the analysis of the data, this paper analyzes and verifies the relationship between the three factors based on the empirical research background of the error events in the working process of medical personnel. The results show that error management culture can not only directly affect personal error information reporting, but also indirectly influence personal error information reporting through the intermediary function of personal error information learning ability.
